0:13 simba having to pretend like he didn’t just sing a musical number called “I just can’t wait to be king”💀
RIP James Earl Jones
Mufasa will never be forgotten
I will miss him
Long Live the King👑🦁
R.I.P 💔👑 he will always be our king
R.I.P 🕊
RIP, may the Force be with you
Mufasa's death still scars me, pun unintended. Simba's devastated reaction is what makes it a gut punch.
Feel you bro
I laughed at Mufasa's death. I was happy to see that tyrant go.
Same😢
When I was five I was so terrified I still am
Man, That sure "Scar"ed Simba. *Pun Intended*
Can we really consider Dr. Facilier’s fate a “death?” Seems more like a fate worse than death.💀
Officially in the mortal world, Facilier is dead.
In the voodoo world, Dr. Facilier will wish for death, but there is nothing to kill him.
The spark of thought will grow dimmer... and dimmer... and then silent...
Well the scene ends with a tombstone with his face and name on it, so yes.
Yes
He's literally dragged to hell. That's a fate worse than death
@@Starwarsfanboy0928 Yet we don't know if time passes differently in hell, a single second could be a billion years on the otherside, so imagine what kind of suffering they had to endure
I never saw Who Framed Roger Rabbit as a child, and I’m so happy for that, Mufasa’s and Scar’s deaths from The Lion King scarred me when I was nine, and Oogie Boogie’s death from The Nightmare Before Christmas scarred me when I was like 12 or 13.
Judge doom was creepy enough before he died, his death along with the over sexualization of Jessica Rabbit are probably some very good reasons why my parents never let me watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit when I was younger.
In the honorable mentions segment, I never notice Sabor's bloody footprints next to the corpses of Tarzan's birth parents when I first saw the Tarzan movie. And for Mr. Whisker's impalement in Frankenweenie, at least it was quick, and doesn't have blood in stop motion animation.
Thank god Sora from Kingdom Hearts never got to see some of these Disney Villain deaths, except maybe Ursula's impalement.
I never noticed Tarzan's parents' bodies for years, just the bloody pawprints. I must've fooled myself into forgetting the bodies were there.
I didn’t even realise that was Tarzan’s parents bodies until watching this! How many times have I watched that film since childhood🤦🏻♀️.
Clayton’s death always gives me chills
Me too
The fact that they show the shadow of his hanged body is just creepy.
Same. As a kid, I didn't see his shadow until I was 12 years old. Like holy crap. 😱 the realization. Now as an adult, still gives me chills.
@@ReynaReactsandReviews Same here. That was brutal
It's that sickening crunch as the vine goes taught that does it for me.
For those who don't know, Judge Doom's real name is Baron Von Rotten. He was an actor who had an accident, and went insane as a result.
19:03 "Oh well, circle of life." 😹
Got to love the dark humor
LMAO!
Mufasa’s death hurts a lot more with the passing of James Earl Jones. Also, if there’s anything the Princess and the Frog has taught us, it’s this: Don’t mess around with Vodou!
I didn’t realize as a kid that Clayton in Tarzan was hung then I watched it as an adult and was like…. Oh damn!
You could say that Faciler was not ready
Nope, he wasn't ready.
Bah-dum-tsh! 🥁🥁🥁
Yeah, you know you're screwed when your own villain song is being used against you.
You forgot about Bambi's mother that's still freaks me out to this day and also one of the saddest moments
AH! I freaking knew it! For Tarzan being released in 1999, it makes sense that Clayton’s death starts a horror franchise; Final Destination
Dr. Facilier is one of Keith David's best voice acting roles of all time
I love him as Goliath in the "Gargoyles" series
@@motherlove202 yeah I also love him as Husk on Hazbin Hotel
Dr.Faciller’s death in “The Princess and the Frog” still haunts me to this day
Mr Arrow’s death was even more terrifying than Scroop’s because he didn’t deserve it
Also, while it has never officially happened or been recorded, it's highly possible that it would be horrible to be sucked into a black hole due to the fact that not even light can escape one (or at least the event horizon).
Clayton had it coming. He was cruel and evil for kidnapping and killing the gorillas.
I agree
G O R I L L A S
The death of the red shoe in Who Framed Roger Rabbit imo, was another scary death
Totally
The stegosaurus has made me shiver since I was a kid, and the oysters left me aghast (probably one of the reasons why I don't like Alice.) Clayton's shadow is just such a good part of that whole scene. It just makes it for me.
Fun Fact: Scar’s death was based on Gaston’s ORIGINAL death.
Speaking of original deaths, Scar's was when after Simba accepted his surrender, Scar sent him flying down Pride Rock, but Simba survived the fall like Scar did in the final cut. But Scar got too cocky and laughed psychotically without realizing he's being incinerated alive!!!
Wolves, I take it?
And that original cause of death would be..?
@@MichaelOrd-k9w That's sort of how the Lion Guard says Scar dies. Instead of hyenas, he falls into the fire.
@beccacroce7380 Yeah, they probably erased the part where Scar got eaten by the hyenas bc it might have been too grim for a kids' show, but Scar's fire spirit died bc Kion and the lions of the past made it rain on top of Scar, thus extinguishing him.
PLEASE MsMojo, Top 10 BEST Cartoon Network Halloween Episodes?
I like to see that
Nickelodeon too!
12:48 I never noticed that before
RIP Ken Page
I would’ve like to have included:
.Mufasa (The Lion King)
.Chinese Village (Mulan)
.Hydra (Hercules)
.Torque (Cars 2)
.Turbo/King Candy (Wreck it Ralph)
.Jafar (The Return of Jafar)
Scene Clayton shadow like whoa
@@adriangarcia543 To me, that was dark
@@NeddyMontz so right
G O R I L L A S
Assuming Ratigan's cat died, I would say her death was far more disturbing.
Frollo’s demise is purely terrifying and symbolic!
Rest in peace James Earl Jones aka Mufasa.
My (personal) top 3:
1. Hopper (A Bug’s Life)
2. Frollo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame)
3. Ratigan (The Great Mouse Detective)
I also love it that The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Tangled are on the same list. After all, Judge Claude Frollo and Mother Gothel have a lot in common
Final Destination style, BEFORE the actual 2000 suspense film, Final Destination.
Kid Danger: *wearing his mighty pup movie outfit taking his hamlet holding his hamlet in his Pegasus wing* RIP Mufasa.
I love it that Atlantis: The Lost Empire and Treasure Planet are very close to each other on this list
12:37 Imagine a Disney villain death were it falls in One of the Twin Towers' Top Roof of the World Trade Center, like Gaston's Death and even like 9/11 from any late 90s Disney Movies!
The only deaths on this list that left me horrified was the baby oysters'. I always cried for them, as they did not deserve their shared fate. It made me feel more numb towards "Alice in Wonderland" than I already was, and still am.
On a side note, the Evil Queen's name was/is Grimhilde. She gets/got what was coming to her, and as Prince Florian was/is my favourite Disney character, I am most satisfied with her demise above all others' in the company's films.
Every Disney movie has a tragedy in it 😢
We did not even know that they were desensitizing us since Bambi... Pure evil 😢
So a couple of years ago, I made the mistake of showing one of my ESOL classes The Lion King (which they absolutely loved) but due to poor planning and technical issues with the projector, the class transition bell rang RIGHT WHEN MUFASA DIED. Yeah...that was a fun mood for the next day. -_-
I think The Horned King should have been a lot higher on this Top 20! He was *literally* ripped apart! And by the very power he sought!
Forgot Davy Crockett King of the wild frontier the Alamo
Maybe in the next Disney movie, a Disney Protagonist could rip a Disney Villain's head and spine off.
Ouch
When did Disney license the "Mortal Kombat" franchise?
12:54 WOW VOICE CHANGE ALERT 🚨
What always baffles mw is that Charles Muntz is still alive. If Carl was maybe 8 when Muntz was in his early 20s, he'd be over 100. ??!!
Maybe not that old, but probably over 90 while living alone in the wilds of South America.
What about Koda's mom's death? Unknowingly running towards your own death. When she ran towards Kenai after being cornered, and he raised his spear.
Disney went to the dark side for this one
Totally
Mufasas death is so sad he didn't deserve that
Dang what happened to agent Turbo from Cars 2. The man was literally crushed to death
What about Rod in Cars 2?
Ursula is now sleeping with the fishes.
Ursula is a cruel and a evil miserable evil sea witch she is and ursula brought this up herself that she got herself kicked out of king triton's kingdom of atlantica for causing so much trouble for the merpeople at atlantica too and it serves ursula right too and she deserves to be sleeping with the fishes now which is ironic cause ursula lives in the sea too as well.
@@Markie375 She reaps what she sows!
I notice that they brought back "honorable mentions"
I never understood the rhyme or reason. Some lists do include honorable mentions and some don't.
All of the above
7:09 What a cute way to die from a Bug's point of view !
As much as Disney brings our imaginations to life, they also know how to grip our heartstrings.
Heart-wrenching character deaths are a common occurrence in the best Disney projects.
Whether it be the inevitable defeat of a cunning villain or a character-building death of a protagonist, death in a Disney movie has always been a hard pill to swallow.
Many of us at young age remember some traumatizing Disney deaths that will never leave our minds.
When the conversation about traumatic Disney deaths comes up, The Lion King is one of those movies that you cannot avoid.
Of course, Mufasa's death had us all in shambles.
However, we tend to forget that Scar's death is maybe even more brutal.
Although we don't see him actually die on-screen, Scar meets a horrifying (and deserving end) when he gets cornered by the band of hyenas, and they all swarm him, leaving us to assume he was eaten.
20:38 I never knew they showed his parents
Rest in Peace, Ken Page. The voice actor of Oogie Boogie
I love Disney
You know, Jafar has a pretty spooky death in Aladdin The Return of Jafar.
Doctor facilier's death from princess and the frog still gets me 😮
“So Much…., For ‘TRUE LOVE’!!!” - Ursula
IRONICALLY, True Love IS the KEY To Ursula’s Untimely DEMISE!! 😵💀☠️ 🦑 🧙
The Evil Queen was also a powerful example of Walt Disney's belief in karma, good and bad.
For it being October, this is a great list
Hopper's death may have been terrified, but you know what he had it coming.
Disney sure knows ho to create creative horrible deaths. Not even live action movie deaths gets that threatment
17:33
7:06 AWWW! Look at the little Chickies about to eat the bad guy limb to limb. 🥰🥰😘😘
I noticed dragon maleficent see blood
The terrifying deaths on this list that scared me were
Hopper (A Bug’s Life)
Rourke (Atlantis: The Lost Empire)
Scroop (Treasure Planet)
Oogie Boogie (Nightmare Before Christmas)
Syndrome (The Incredibles)
Dr. Facilier (The Princess and the Frog)
Scar (The Lion King)
Clayton (Tarzan)
Even though these movies are geared toward kids, the death scenes are jarring. Even as an adult, I get goosebumps and chills.
Remember, this is supposed to be a movie for children.
Right on
ill say it right now, ursalla's death was prob the 1st time i not only saw a cartoon death but it was horribly graphic. everything else is just an add on to that insane trauma
Funny that you say that line for Mr. Whiskers.
17:05 Universal Pictures
17:05 Universal Cartoon Studios
17:05 The Land Before Time
Ursula's scene was intense. I remember parents walking out of the movie. I stayed even though I would get intense nightmares but never did.
Hans in Frozen , what kind of true love would thaw his heart if he doesn’t have a heart ?
Mufasa’s death is bad for children with no dads
Dr Faciler's death still gets me every time
Bambi's mother😪
Just because these are Disney films doesn't mean in the case of some of these films that they are kids films
Remember seeing each and every movie, but the deaths that involved the villains in this-That’s just karma giving them a sucker punch in the face.
The Horned King's death is still pretty graphic with the flashing light effects covering up most of the gore. Even 80s-era Disney was lucky to get away with it.
5:30 Y'know, I wouldn't call Ratigan a filthy rat if I wasn't twice his size and could easily stomp on him. 😈😈😈😈😈😈😈
Professor F should have taken a note from Shakespeare when he said neather a barrower or a lender be.
Top 10 Terrifying Deaths in Cartoon Network Shows
Mufasa's plumming always traumatized me as a kid.....
I think smothering the entire Hun army under an avalanche is more horrifying than Shan Yu. Imagine being trapped under the snow; it's like white cement according to those who've been dug out in time.
*Tiana- (Tee-Ahn-Na)* not (Tee-Ann-Na)
1:48 This pisses me off because this movie is part of a 5 book series i love called The Chronicles of Pydain, and the horned king was the villain of the 1st book The Book Of Three and The Black Cauldron was the second book. The horned king actually dies as soon as his real name is called because evil isn't as frightening when you can identify it. That was the point of his death it was a life lesson, and it was a point that the scariest things to people is the unknown.
Most of these deaths are so much more terrifying when you get older. They’re scary to see as a kid but then you get older and you realize what it would be like to die these deaths, what those deaths represent or just realize how truly terrifying the visuals are and you wonder how the heck you weren’t more scared as a kid
At least the villains in this video got what they deserve
Facilier's death kept me awake at night for months. I still refuse to watch that scene or even Friends on the Other Side at night.
In my Personal Opinion; Clayton's Death and Hopper's Death were the ones that Haunted me when I was a Kid.
Watching this video...I just KNEW that Clayton would be number one.
Dr. Facilier got what he deserved for not paying his friends on the other side.
Top Disney deaths and fates in my opinion for only villains
30 Shan Yu
29 Ursula
28 King Candy/Trubo
27 Ronan
26 Thanos
25 Oogie Boogie
24 Scar
23 Green Goblin
22 Saluk
21 The Core
20 High Evolutionary
19 emperor Belos
18 Commander Rourke
17 Scarlet Witch
16 Syndrome
15 Ego
14 The Horn King
13 Hopper
12 Clayton
11 Loki
Fates worse then Death
8 Lord Dorminator
7 Mr Waternoose/Bellwether
6 Kang
5 Shere Khan
4 King Magnifico
3 Hades
2 Doctor Fate
1 Bill Cipher
None of these scare me. They just give me satisfaction with these villains' just desserts
I’ve seen Tarzan so many times in my life. But most of it was when I was a kid. I didn’t watch it for a while and when I did was in my mid to late teens. Figuring out that we actually see Tarzan’s parents when they’re dead and knowing how they died is chilling
13:20 They didn't just call the Queen a disney baddie! 😂
Let's see what you got
For syndrom...he died because of the cape
As edna says "No capes!"
Ursula you poor unfortunate soul 😂
"I promise I'll pay y'all back! I PROMISE!!! NOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Yeah, that was traumatising. That voodoo was NOT a load of hoodoo.
