@@georgemclarty9772 Hello George , didn't expect a reply ! My Grandfather was from Whiteinch in Glasgow although he also had ancestry from the Fort William area . My Grandmother was from Galashiels and Peebles . They came out with other family in the 1920's and died here in 1983 and 1990 respectively . They had one trip back to Scotland ( by ship in 1962 and that was it . My Gran was a weaver and my Grandad was a shipyard worker . Warm regards, Jim H
