I just did my first step and disassembly my TE125 (dont touch the engine) i got only the engine on the frame (grease and change some bearings) and assembly everything together thanks for your videos

When i first saw the red frame i was hoping it was going to be a 1990 ktm replica like my first ever enduro bike, love the build so far, keep up the great work

All i can say is BRO!!!! This is gonna be by far the sickest build you have ever done plus im partial to ktm. I done away with most of the orange on my bike for 21' . There are some orange accents but very few mostly white and grey. Cant wait till this thing is finished! Come on assembly videos!!

Holy crap man! This build is gonna be legit, cant wait to see the final product. Your builds have been a huge inspiration for my 250sxf build project. I think in the future I'll take your approach with having everything hydroblasted. Your bikes always have that better than showroom condition look to them when they're done and this one will be no exception! Great job, keep it up!

Hey, love the build and videos. I’ve done a couple builds myself over the years and the one thing I noticed I never hear you talk about on an older bike build is whether you x-ray or ultrasound the welds on the bike frame. I would highly recommend it if you don’t already do it. I re-built a CR500 back in the 90’s once and had the welds tested and found a weld on the steering head that was cracked (couldn’t see it with the naked eye). Could have caused some serious injury had it broken while riding. Anyway, my 2 cents worth and keep up the good work and the videos coming.

That is going to look awesome, I like the carbon cover for the gas tank I think the clear offroad tanks these days are just plain ugly and they only get worse with time, I've found that white plastic on a dirt bike is a challenge to keep it looking new , it does hide scratches pretty well until dirt gets in them and then they really stand out but white is still one of your best choices, doesn't really matter what colors you choose I've never seen you build anything that didn't look amazing and unique, I don't know how you refrain from assembling it in a day or so as I would be too excited to want to see how all those sweet parts are going to look together, it's such a great feeling when a vision is turned into reality by your own hands, very rewarding every time you look at and throw a leg over it, I just completed a build of my 300EXC and it came out so nice it just makes me want to hang out in my garage and look at it and definitely makes me want to build more.

It would be cool to get the bolts anodized black as well. This bike is going to be sick. At first when I saw the red frame I thought you were doing a throwback to the early KTM'S that used to have red frames.
You guys know KTM better than me, i was no aware they had red frames long ago. Maybe next time we can do a replica 😉

Didn't know about your origins! Well that makes sense! As an Italian, and specially a honda guy, I always found the Slovakian sixdays one of the most beautiful livery ever made for the sixdays! Great choice!

One part I would recommend getting is a exsust flange support I have a 2016 250xc which is very similar to your 2012. It can me common if you hit the pipe to crack the exsaust flange that's why I would recommend one.

I have the tool, but the plastic adjusters do suck. The X-trig adjuster in my option would be worth the money and something I'm planning on my 13 along with the suspension tuned for me and my mad skillz ;-)

I have a question for you, I am on the verge of buying a 2021 Beta RR 250, thinking of paying the extra 400 to put the back up kick stater on it , A. Would you recommend doing that? And B. Any thoughts on the bike itself ? I like the lower seat height and saw several gold reviews on it and I am getting a solid deal on it. Hope you are well.

get them out, there is a tool for it. My friend did it for my frame
A piece of your trailtech bracket fell and is hiding between your trailtech GPS unit and the rad fan, incase you can't find it.

Great choice as always rado can you find out if its possible to fit the same plastics kit to a 2010 ktm 300 even if there is a couple of mods and wot are thanks love your builds so motervating for me to up date my ktm 300exc keep up the great vids m8t
thanks mate, front fender and number plate will fit with the bracket, rest is questionable, I did tons of research on the forums to see what other guys were able to put together. I suggest you do the same, chances are some guys already tried what you want to do. vitalmx, thumpertalk, ktmtalk, etc
