Why CRL will need to have this kind too:
1. Lorong Halus is dumping ground. Nobody goes there.
2. Airport Cargo Complex is a restricted area.
3. Paya Lebar Airbase is not yet given up.
4. Central Catchment Nature Reserve is a forested nature reserve and is protected.
