Does the document also explain how to connect the lab environment with Entra ID? Because the lab env comes with a preconfigured contoso lab domain which I'm obviously not the owner of. In other words how to comnect an Entra env with this lab?
Hi Manish Sir, When this lab is setup on my Windows 10 hyper V with the external virtual switch it slows down the Internet very badly. Do we need to adjust any settings on my network settings ?
Try to download it again, but i hughly doubt about corrupt file. Majorly issue comes because of not having enough resources such as CPU utilisation / Memory, min. RAM required and min. Hard disk space.
@@ManishBangiaExactly not having enough resource. I faced this issue. Once u said the lab You can Import the CM machine choose 4 processors(Default it will be 8 processors. It will work.
Usually Lab is valid for 180 days when Microsoft created and released it. It's not 180 days from when you configured. Always check the link mentioned which keeps on updating with new Lab and also shows expiry date of the Lab.
@@ManishBangia oh...then if i install hyperv and do all the seting today,..lab will not last for 180 days!!😥😥😥...the new release will be on 8march 2023...
When I extract the Win11_23H2_Lab.zip file, it only extracts the folders CM1,DC1,GW1 and few vhdx files. Do you have any idea? my machine has 640 GB free space, 32 GB ram and hyper-v enabled.
HI Manish, good morning This is what i am looking exactly for my usecase, but when i am trying to install the setup getting the error as mentioned below "cannot validte argument on parameter 'percentComplete'. the 186 argument is greaterthan the maximum allowed range of 100. Supply an argument that is less than or equal to 100 and the try the command again" since the installing percentage was prompting more than 100%. please have a look and suggest your thoughts to fix the issue.
It seems your workstation doesn't have enough resources available to create and import VM's. Resources means RAM , CPU utilisation and free disk space available on SSD.
If you search on google, there are cheaper options available from 3rd party vendors providing Windows 10/11 Professional product key at much more lower price. Have a look.

Hi, I can not set my wifi network as a external Switch. What is the problem? I need to select LAN for external virtual switch connection.

Why is no one talking about running this lab in Azure VM using Nested virtualisation? Not everyone has a 32Gb machine at work.

No specific settings are required. Not sure what is the issue in your case

i tired to install this lab more than 1 time... but every time it didn't install CM machine, app machine and MDT machine !!! :( may be its corupted!!!

Good option being provided by MS. Thank you for the video. Mine is Windows 10 Home😢 so can’t go for it.
If your system is poweful enough, I would highly recommend upgrading the windows to Professional or Enterprise version.
@@ManishBangia yeah, I have upgraded RAM to 24 GB and SSD 500. But upgrading OS costs 7k

Evaluation Lab kit is updated by Microsoft every few months. Check for updated Lab after few days.
