Very good demo. I think a lot of people like the one you think was over stretched. With the right colors, it could be very good.

Thanks! Yes there is nothing wrong with it, but if you want nice round cells it was not good. Just wanted to show what too much tilting and too little paint does to your pour🙂

Your lessons and tutorials are always so in depth and informative. Thank you for doing things like this. You are a wonderful, kind and patient teacher. All of these details matter VERY much with fluid art. Blessings, Saskia! I hope you and Rob (and your families) are well!!! XoXo ~ Jan

Saskia, I’m a complete beginner at this art form, so your video has been very helpful. I tried my first canvas yesterday and instead of creating something beautiful, well, it didn’t work for me. It ended up looking very ‘stringy’? and psychedelic, not what I wanted at all. But now I know that the correct consistency is key to the pouring, I will try again. May I ask, do you always apply a base layer first or not? Is it possible to pour straight onto the bare canvas? Once again, thank you so very much for the information you have given. Most helpful. 🙏🙏😊

@@nanasue4481 the key is, do not tilt too much 🙂
You can pour straight on the canvas, not a problem at all.

    • @SaskiaFluidArtForAll
