@@maximummax9851 That was true of the one college in Kansas, but not the colleges in Iowa! George didn’t let prejudice stop him from continuing to follow God’s calling on his life!!
Very awesome story. To think that he left home and set out for his destiny at age 13, makes me want to go back and do it all over again! I hope that, Jesus, gets all of the glory here...not only in George's life...but in the lives of his children and generations thereof. ❤️
I am so honored to be Dr. George Washington Carvers Heir Apparent. Dr. Carver inspired me as a child. I left US Global Trade to return to Watts to organize Watts, to create Non-GMO Products, to create USA Home Delivery 🏡 I came to find the Apprentices, to teach them to learn to feed each other Real Food!! We collectively returned US Global Trade with 3 trillion products. WE ONLY EAT, WHAT WE GROW is a direct action that was the Organic Seed from Dr. Carver. He was a Doer. So am I. I pray Our Youth continue Our Legacy! 🙏🏾
Dr.G W Carver was MAN OF GOD.. He did for the well-being of human being. "Science will make you Independent" was his word. Chemergist, Peanut Man, etc were his honour title given by public.. Hats off 🙏
It is an honor to hear of the mountains God moved in his life. One of my heroes. The ways our ancestors still trailblazer despite racism and slavery is remarkable.
While in Joplin Mo.elementary school, our classes went on an all day field trip to George Washington Carver Monument, it was the best getting to learn about him! I thank God for him and his accomplishes!💕💖💕
What an inspiration! Thank you God, for the example of this brilliant man! Thank you for what he’s teaching me about adversity in such difficult times! Thank you for this documentary about his life because I am very touched to the heart by it. I hope to meet this man in heaven some day soon!
This is such an inspirational true story. I appreciate Vision Video posting this. Thank the Lord for this life of this great man. I think the narrator's voice is Voddie Baucham.
I go past the farm where he was born/raised, all the time for my job. I have this dude on my mind much more than I would have ever imagined, just because of that drive (& I love history & find everything he did pretty amazing). Also near me.......Bonny & Clyde's garage apartment (where the famous photos were left behind) & we have tons of Jesse James/James & Younger gang history. I'm also only about 3 blocks from the original Route 66, so there is tons of history in this area. It's a great place to visit & especially beautiful to look at. You can't beat the Ozarks.
@@hymns2enjoy I currently live in Springfield because the office I work out of is there & it's central for my job.....I have to travel the sw part of the state. I have a daughter in Mt. Vernon & a former significant other (seemed silly to write "ex" when I'm in my 50's, but so does significant other, lol) a bit sw of Sarcoxie. I have family in Anderson, Noel & Neosho that I dont' see very often but wave towards their direction when I'm passing through, lol. Are you near this area, by chance? I'm still learning the history around here. I've always lived in the Ozarks but originally from Truman Lake/Osage river.
That's not good, because I did in school, but then again took advanced biology in Florida public JM Tate High School, that used to have an important agriculture academic program, also tied to The 4H Club, where kids also raise animals to win county prizes. One of the most important scientific areas to see at The Pensacola Interstate Fair, which is annually soon. That's where I won a second prize for a genetics project about roses, that was entered in the contest by my Catholic middle school principal, Sister Maura. It was selected to be entered into the fair competition. I was her go to girl for things like that, and an Optimists Club speech contest, where I also won second place. I don't remember when taught about George Washington Carver, but probably initially up North in Chicago. What happened folks? I still feel like Rip Van Winkle. Should know that American tale too. Man who slept for twenty odd years. All kids in Alabama, Tennessee, should be annually going on that school field trip.
Why I was in advanced biology in high school, my middle school earnings. All of the advanced placement classes. I was competing against kids from local families, that I don't know if had anything like those winnings to be in the advanced placement classes, but it was decided based on mine.
His Biblical knowledge nd understanding every word of it was awesome nd hw he encouraged youth to cum out of their challenges is something to ponder upon as well.
Probably not as well known as he should be because he was a man of great faith. That is something that gets you canceled these days. No matter how wonderful you were.
I have always Loved the history of my people. As a child and still today I dive deep into the stories of how these great history makers made such an impact in the world even though they they were motherless, fatherless, discriminated against and had absolutely nothing...but yet they worked and made HISTORY!!! MY God, My God!!! If Dr. GW Carter could do great things from what he came from surely we have no excuses to do even more!!!
George Washington Carver is a national treasure: he got amazed respect because he studied and EARNED respect. There are those (and we know who THEY are!) who demand respect though they contribute nothing good to the world: they smash and destroy and think somehow that entitles them to respect!!!
@ Narnia girl I agree with you but his love The Lord Jesus Christ Christ 🙌 was what directed his life Him and Brooke T both ! Faith in Jesus Who God The Creator who he saw in His creation !
The american left forget him because to your faith. The american rights and white supremacist hated him because to your color. However God blessed George and loved him. God is love.
Haven’t even seen this one yet but I know that George Washington Carver was one of the BEST scientists in his Day. Who else could find over 100 ways to use a Peanut 🥜
Did you know he had 3 patents. One for a Hair Pomade and 2 more for Paint and Stains. Did you know that 75% of all peanuts are used for Peanut Butter and Peanut Oil. He didn't invent those. Did you know that? So what are the products used today that GWC invented?
What’s crazy is that is pleasant as the video may be , why didn’t whoever authorized this video tell the truth why he had no children , I get the inspiration , but the truth about his real history is the right story to tell . Just saying the facts , this is fairytales in some way , The Family that adopted him castrated him because they couldn’t risk when he became sexually active that he wouldn’t do anything harm to their daughter . That’s facts 👌🏿 Questions comments concerns …. Do your re- search of what you think you might understand or stand under . Don’t be fooled .

For some reason out of the many times I read or heard his story, this time Dr Carver's life inspired me unexplainably.
A very extraordinary and remarkable Godly man. His heart was shaped by God and his purpose for his life
I would love to see this become a movie or a tv series. George Washington Carver is a national treasure.
People are still learning from his life 80+ years later.
I really enjoyed this movie, love and blessings always from Perth Western Australia ❤ 🇦🇺 🙏🏻 ♥
I’ve always been inthralled with George W Carver, he revolutionized the peanut industry and helped mankind as a whole.
Well today, innocent people are being killed because someone had a bad childhood. And Mr Carver turned that into a great legacy
