This place looks spectacular. These young athletes look like they are almost ready for the big stage

Well done, Matt, Coach and team. Plan, pace and purpose makes this indoor practice transfer outdoors. Smart and sharp!

Great video, great drills. Can we get a video for catchers please?

Can you tell me model of those grey Nike shoes he’s wearing around the 3:25 mark?

What are the players doing with their hands? Looks interesting I’ve never seen that before

Maybe simulating running and transitioning to a catch

At 3:20 he says to field the ball off your throwing foot. I'm not going to say this is "wrong" - to each their own, however it is an awkward movement. I believe it is more natural, with less of a chance to get your feet crossed up to field an outfield ground ball off your glove hand foot.

I would say more and more players seem to be fielding outside the throwing foot, but some don’t. Do what you feel is most comfortable

I like the outfield drills but I like to teach the players to not basket catch the balls that are hit because then they get into a habit of ok let me stay planted and then run in as hard as I can and have to dive or basket catch the ball when it should be balls hit first steps back ok I need to adjust sprint to the ball wether forwards or drop step back
