Thanks for a really useful and clear video. Incidentally, the spark plug problem can be solved by using a spark plug spanner (socket) with a rubber insert which effectively grips the porcelain of the plug as you insert it and saves a lot of frustration!
Hey Jeff. Django is looking mint ......... Good to go through and service...... a ideo on checking the rollers, variator and belt would be good. I would clean it out regularly on the PCX as it used to get surprisingly dusty. Thanks for the vid as usual......keep up the good work!
Hi Adam and thank you. The belt and rollers I would have checked, but I had time restrictions. It's on my list when the weather improves. I will only have to take one lower panel off for that. I would think it would be the original belt, as it was quite low mileage. Take care, Jeff
Hi Sue, I have been wanting to do one of these for a long time and know very little about them. After a bit of studying, the advert said it was a 3800 which would have been about 1966. By checking the engine number on an expert site it is actually a 1700, about 1960. I have a lot to learn. Love, Jeff and Jenny xx
Hi Jeff hope your well, Got your new rear panel , looking good. Time for a service a tricky job doing that spark plug not much work room every thing to tight. At lest it's done now. As always a great video catch you soon Take care
Hi Shaun and thank you. As Adam said I should really of checked the belt and rollers. I only had a little time to get it done, due to work. I will go back to those later on when the weather is warmer . Take care, Jeff
Hi Alan and thank you very much. That's interesting to hear that you live near the Scorpion Exhaust factory. I think the exhaust is a bit loud for me, but the original ones don't see to last long due to rust. Scorpion exhausts are stainless steel, so I can live with a bit of noise. Take care, Jeff
Hi Ronald, yes I was looking into doing that, but apparently you can't reset it until it's flashing and I have about 600 miles left, but yes I will certainly do that. Take care, Jeff

Thanks very much Geoff. I think my socket has seen better days. Maybe I will treat myself to a new one with fresh rubber
Take care, Jeff

Thanks Ben, it's nice to be back on the road, only dry days though.lol
Take care,

Hello, from where did you manage to order the panel?
Because I also need a couple of parts but it's pretty hard for me to find them available.
Hi and thanks for watching. I got the panel from EasyParts in the Netherlands.
I hope you find what you need.
Take care, Jeff
Yep, thanks for the info, I could order it to Germany 👌
@user-qd4iu5ev5x Yes it would probably be cheaper as it's in the EU.
hi can you make video how to reset service light or remove spanner on panel pls
Hi Ronald, yes I was looking into doing that, but apparently you can't reset it until it's flashing and I have about 600 miles left, but yes I will certainly do that.

@@DiecastPowderCoating thank you for your reply watching from Philippines
@RonaldLaguitan Hi no problem. Once I get down to the service reset time I will film it.
