Seeing all of that whitebait is making me hungry as! I ordered it at a Greek predominantly seafood restaurant in Darwin on my second date with my ex fianceé. She was shocked that a mostly Scottish Australian person would order it. They're so delicious crispy fried with a garlic, chilli aoli and lots of black pepper and fresh lemon 🤤😋

Not much of a season this year but at least we got enough for a taste test. No Rubber didn't have any pups but she did have some siblings and she is from Ōpōtiki.
