Wow!Indeed the psalm diction is very good; perhaps occasionally verging on the rushed though very clean and well supported by the organ with great subtlety which is fully present throughout.
Us boys too, in another cathedral, same era as this was recorded. Most places where they had good chants, it seems that the choir enjoyed it. You were lucky that your broadcast fell on the 15th - ours never did, and as far as I know, never has. :-(
Impeccable chanting, especially good diction. Tomkins anthem is a gem.

We used to sing this with Tony when I was at Wells. It was always the favourite setting of the psalms and the highlight of the month.
