ETFs offer exposure to a wide range of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities, which can help reduce risk. ETFs, like broad market index, sector-specific, and bond ETFs, are favored for long-term investments because of their diversification, reducing risk while offering growth and income potential.

While the current market offers short-term profit potential, it's crucial to note that executing such a strategy requires expertise and skill.

Accurate asset allocation is crucial. Some use hedging or defensive assets in their portfolio for market downturns. Seeking financial advice is vital. This approach has kept me financially secure for over five years, with a return on investment of nearly $1 million.

I lost a lot chasing individual stocks and I feel pretty stupid for not understanding how investing works. I have a double major in economics but I’ve been trying to make sense of the market. Well done on profits!!!

Keep it simple, buy things you understand, take some risk but don't try to shoot the lights out. I’m invested in equity index funds, ETFs and various high-quality stocks and use a CFA. On average, she takes 10% of earnings, but using Lina Dineikiene's system makes it much more hands-off. I conservatively follow her recommendations and market entry and exit points, and tbh this has quite increased my prospects of making money.

I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio of $450k dwindle away is such an eye -sore.

There are many other interesting stocks in many industries that you might follow. You don't have to act on every forecast, so I'll suggest that you work with a financial advisor who can help you choose the best times to purchase and sell the shares or ETFs you want to acquire.

    • @bartlyAD
      @bartlyAD 13 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

I agree, that's the more reason I prefer my day to day investment decisions being guided by an advisor seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using my advisor for over 2years+ and I've netted over 67% profit in 18 months

    Large Cap: 103% growth/absolute returns in 5 years is 15.2% XIRR/CAGR
Mid Cap: 186% growth in 5 years is 23.4% XIRR/CAGR.
CPSE: 204% growth in 5 years is almost 25% XIRR/CAGR
PSU Banking: 109.93% returns in 5 years is almost 16% XIRR/CAGR. This ETF gave 90% returns in the last 1 year which means it fared miserably in the previous years.
    IT: 152% growth in 5 years is 20.3% XIRR/CAGR
    GOLD: 109% returns in 5 years is 15.89% XIRR/CAGR
Please use XIRR/CAGR as it's the appropriate measure than absolute returns which are misleading for a tenure more than 1 year

    Thanks for very usefull information,
Plz give more information about these 2 funds mentioned below in next video without fail
    1). Nifty 200 Momentum 30 ETF fund,

Honest and high-quality content. Thank you, sir 🙏. Based on my analysis, most active mutual funds are not consistently outperforming their benchmark. Index funds, on the other hand, offer lower risk and are a preferable option.
Could you please consider making a video on the best index funds, including:
    1. Motilal Oswal S&P BSE Enhanced Value Index Fund
    2. Axis Nifty Smallcap 50 Index Fund
    3. UTI Nifty200 Momentum 30 Index Fund Direct Growth
    4. Axis Nifty Midcap 50 Index Fund
    5. ICICI Prudential Nifty 200 Momentum 30 Index Fund Direct Growth
I am eagerly awaiting this video.
    Thank you.

Still question remains about the reliability of Shoonya trading platform. The reason that bothers anyone is how this platform is surviving without any revenues from the investors. Please clarify.

Hi, first of all thanks for making this video, only senseble investors can understand how powerful etf investment is. You have pointed out the correct etf portfolio. I also agree why You have not mentioned small cap, your reason is for investor protection. I would like to ask your opinion about,
    momentum 30 etf
    And privatebanketf
As you are clear about not inckuding next 50, what is your call about momentum and private bank etf.
