@@GoGroomer Hello madam, am Joel from Ghana and a dog groomer. I actually don’t have the right tools for my work and original ones are not sold here in my country, will be glad if you can clean me with clippers ,machine nail filler and sheers. Thank you. God bless you in advance
YOU ARE AMAZING. I don’t know if you do your own edits as well, but holy mackerel….im blown away. Detailed, specific, honest, unbiased, direct, nothing left unclear….thank you so much . I didn’t even come here for the comparisons…I came here for the education on how to make this task more efficient. I have been using an Oster A5 because I got tired of paying $100 each for my dogs. (Only now do I realize this is nothing and worth it)….the first time was easy, blades were new, dogs haven’t really gone untamed for months…but the second and third cuts, months apart with no proper care or bath prior….I was torturing them and blaming my blades. It’s not the blades, it’s my dumb a**. Anyway, thank you.
You convinced me to buy the white Kenchi flash and I bought all the guard blades as well as additional Kenchi blades. I have been so happy with it and please to see it did well in your comparison demo.
I love that you show a pre-cut on a dirty coat because I probably wait longer than I should on my doodle and this speeds things up for me and my dog. You are great!!! ❤❤
Thank you so much!!!! I have the Kenchii Flash and used the guard combs that came with it. I find myself having to stop often to get the hair out of the blades. The blades you used are so much better. Just invested in the blades and attachments. I’m not a professional groomer but I do groom 2 smaller breeds, shi tzu/poodle (hair is fine and straight but a little wavy), and a havanese/maltese/shi tzu. I just may invest in the KM10. Love your videos. I appreciate you sharing your expertise especially with at home groomers. You’re the best!!!!
Ms Go Groomer is my go-to top-notched researcher. I need and appreciate the way she always keeps the observer informed by reminding/repeating. Excellent. I am going to buy my first clipper to use on my mini-Schnauzer. This presentation is vital for a novice like myself. Thank you so very much. I am going with the KM.
The Kenchii is like that. the pink one, I have one. It doesn't go through thick coats well at all. Even this heavy coats, I try to use it on the top of the head sometimes and it won't go through that hair sometimes. It can't be used for large projects. The Wahl clipper is the best for full coat cutting IMO. Those 5 in 1s are really mostly good for very small dogs or small areas on the body like sanis and paw pads. under arms etc
Love your videos! Could you please tell me the most quiet clippers you have ever used that would be good for occasional full grooms on dogs who are sensitive to clipper sound?
You are a gosend . My corgie sheds like a mother ..after her first @home bath, she hardly does , and she feels like a plush toy. Got to admit , it was a lot of work (multiple hours), but totally worth it for her and for us (the shedding). Thanks 🙏
Thank you for making these videos. I want to learn how to groom my doodles at home. I've been watching your videos, and they are so clear and helpful! Is there a clipper you would recommend for at home grooming ? One of my doodles has a wavy coat and the other pretty curly.
I'm needing to get new clippers to groom my Aussie Doodle. It's showing the KM10 cordless is out of stock. Is there another option that would be comparable? I was looking at the Bravara vs the Arco. :)
Thank you for sharing your videos! They are extremely helpful!!! I have a goldendoodle and I was wondering if I should be using regular conditioner in the bath plus a leave in conditioner after the bath?
I think, if you can, its benificial to both an adjustable and a detatchable. I am a groomer I do not to a lot of dogs but even on my own dogs I like to switch up on the clippers for particular reasons depending on the type of coat. If I'm doing a matted dog I def like to have both one clipper can cut through easier than the other. I have a Heiniger detachable and a Shernbao adjustable. The great thing about a detachable is the ability to use WIDE blades. Its an investement well worth it and taking proper care of tolls is a must for longevity. Interesting topic Thanks Amy.
Thank you for the thorough explanation. My dog is just getting used to being groomed. I noticed the noise level of the Wahl seems louder. First question is, is the noise level an issue at all? I know the clicking of the nail clippers can create a fearful response for some. Thank you. Am I correct that Wahl is louder:
what should i get for all of my 3 pekingeses. i only have wahl km2 and heiniger saphir available here. km2 is like 25 dollars more expensive, both are corded... other than these we only have wahl show pro, wahl basic or wahl u-clip etc. and those are much cheaper models since i have 3 dogs i think about the km2 and saphir.
I use a Dremel to do nails. I malfunction with other nail trimmers. I use a sanding drum and another lady I know uses the diamond nail bit which I also have but find the sanding one is faster. My biggest problem is my Biewer’s hair on his toes has gotten caught around the shaft. Tell me what you use with the Dremel and what you would definitely recommend please. I need your advice. Thank you.
👉Use a wig cap to hold the hair out of the way when grinding dog nails. Here is a link to one that would work well for a dog: amzn.to/3RBWVqI Slide your dog’s foot into it exposing only the nails. I use a wahl pet dremel when I grind nails.
I live in Australia and I can’t find anyone who stocks the Wahl KM10. 😢 Are you able to recommend any comparable alternative? I can see there is the Wahl KM2 and INSPIRE that are available. Any of these just as good? Thank you
My KM10 with stainless steel combs snagged on the fur (bathed, dried and brushed before attempting) while my other cheap clipper that uses plastic combs, cut the fur like butter. Any thoughts on why that is? Could it be a dull blade on the KM? Love your videos btw! ❤
I don't have luck with the stainless guards either. I have great results with the plastic combs, not to mention the stainless combs are super sharp and I am afraid I am going to poke my dog.
Hello again Amy, hope all's well. Not a clipper question but wanted to tag this to your latest vid in hopes that you'd see it and have a minute to get back. Just watched your undercoat/raking tool vid(s) again. What's the main difference between the elements in the conditioner vs the Quicker Slicker? One of my Shepherds is due again for a "spa" as she's thick as a brick with undercoat. I deluge out the shampoo, thoroughly work in conditioner for sometimes up to 8-10 minutes, rinse well again and dry with this "turbine" blower (which usually leaves ME soaked LOL) however, i still have a tough time drawing through some snarls and small patches of matting. Is there something unique in the slicker?

Great comparison with the different clippers. I ordered the KM10. Will receive it on Monday. Can’t wait 😜. PS. Love your precious dog 🐶 ❤
Thank you! You are getting my favorite clipper. We will be twinning💖 Gus says hello🙌
I just bought a Km10 to groom my toy poodles , thanks for explaining so well.
What a good dog. ❤ I’m so impressed! I hope he got lots of kisses and a treat for his patience. ❤

It will go through just fine as long as the coat is properly prepared. From my experience I can confidently say that.

Pet conditioner for bathing and a brush out spray for in between brushing. I use quicker slicker.

As mentioned in this video, grooming is training and don’t waste that precious time waiting for the right time. The time is as soon as you get a dog.

@@GoGroomer😂 genius!
I see all the manufacturers recommend using 30's under guard combs.
Is there a reason you use 10's?
They have to recommend something . Most pro groomers like a 10 under the guard combs. Only use a 10, 15, or 30 under the guards.

Quicker slicker is a brush out spray and cannot provide the nourishing factors that a conditioner does.
Is the kenchii standard blade the same as the kenchii 30 blade and which one is compatible with the longer attachments? Thank you!!
I am not a professional. I have a Bishon mix, toy poodle and golden doodle. What clipper would you recommend for home use?
Wahl km 10
Which do you prefer? Cordless KM clippers or Corded ? What is the pros and cons ?
I use both on the daily.
Your a gem 💎. thx lov
I appreciate that!

Which blades should I use with the km10?
Is it just me, or is Gus occasionally flinching when you use the purple clipper? Is he experiencing some pulling?
The Flash 5 clipper? He never seems to mind any clipper that I noticed.
Would you recommend a skip tooth blade?
Never. I have no one for them.
@@GoGroomer we have two dogs and my mom started grooming them and she didn’t finish the dogs
No skip tooth? I was told that was better for very curly doodle coats.
What about the Joyzee Raptor?
It’s a competitor to the wall KM I prefer the km over the raptor.
What about the andis two speed?
Que raza es???

buy my Andis cipper 2speed
