12V Submersible Solar Batter Deep Well Water Pump Stainless 10A 12LPM/3.2GPM NJ

I am testing out a small 12 volt 2 wire submersible pump to see if it will run direct of 200w solar panels only. In this test water static is only about 50 feet and it seems to be running well however the volume of water being pumped has dropped from what it was originally maybe 1 gpm and the voltage at the solar panels is only 9 volt.
