There are so many people out there that make themselves feel better by making others feel terrible. For no reason. I don't get it. It must be exhausting for them. You might be able to feel paper at a Staples or Office Max. They have multiple weights of paper because they do printing... I know, you could have them print a design of yours in multiple weights and then keep them on hand for reference!
Unfortunately the type of paper I need is not at either store but ugh I wish it was lol
33:09 I have people in my life who are very low on empathy skills (thanks to my husband) - so when I encounter insensitivity I chalk it up to unfortunate lack of people skills or just psychotic behavior - so sorry for those who interact with these people on the daily.

I have the same feelings about paper! I've ordered free samples kits from all the major printers like Moo, Vistaprint, Catprint (best substrate selection imo) , Gotprint, Print Place, and UPrinting so I'll be able to touch everything and see it in person.
Have you considered making mystery bags/packs out of your seconds and retired products? I've some creators have good luck with that.
