here in our country, 4th year medical student have the feel of the lifestyle they will have in the future. we have duties that rotates daily basis, 6-5pm | 24hrs | 6-5pm ( a 3 day schedule and on repeat). it depends on the area if it will start at 6am or 7 am or 8am. the only difference is the responsibilities and duties you are fulfilling at different level. sleep is a luxury in medicine lol. transition to medical student and residency is very narrow, the license + responsibilities :D
