What if minato and kushina survived but the uchiha massacre still happens. Hiruzen will stay as the third hokage. But this is how I think should happen: obito will only get half of the nine tails because of the new seal Hiruzen and elders place into kushina (for her survival because they don't want to loose another uzumaki) in case an enemy will try to extract her tailed beast. That doesn't matter for Obito because he knew this would happen, because he already commanded Tobi (zetsu) to take over an uchiha clan member that posses the MS he can use a susanoo armor for the nine tails (well 1/2 of kurama), so they can have enough fire power to destroy konoha much as possible. Everything goes as the original story happens but minato will have to seal the other half to naruto (or kushina if you guys think it's more reasonable) but with kushina's help the other half of the nine tails is sealed away. Then here is the meeting goes as original story happened, minato and kushina try to protest about the uchiha moving to the outskirts of village and tell Hiruzen they will never do such a thing, but hiruzen and elders tell them their reasoning because of the sight of kyuubi was covered by susanoo armor which only a uchiha can do that and there is no evidence for a non uchiha use a susanoo. What do you guys think?
Mr. Amagi you should try combining some of the what ifs u have done in the past to create completely new ones. For example what if naruto had all 5 chakra nature's and befriended Kurama as a child. It would be awesome

Slight mistake in aging of characters when jiraiya found them orphans they were 5 approx and when nagato died he was 35 which would make him 19 when Naruto was born and kushina was 24 when Naruto was born so kushina is technically only 5 yrs older than nagato and if nagato was older than 5 then it would make their age gap non existent It’s just weird to imagine a 10 yrs old girl consoling a 5 yr old boy 😂😂
Sadly Konan barely plays a part in this just like in the original story. I'd love a Konan focused story either time travelling back with her memories or taking a bigger role and not being just a messenger bot and a pointless victim of Obito's plot armor.

Why does this video end this way? I think it's fine on it's own, but when you think about the fact that black zetsu is still around, then it's a bit of a cliffhanger as he is still going to try in bring back Kaguya.
