My mate was a parkour expert and got put on the register for being a peeping Tom, you need to be careful when you're older than a certain age doing these types of activities as people don't tend to believe you when you tell them you're a ninja

I know right! I feel way more judged at this age for climbing and jumping. It’s a shame.

3:14 In Eddie Guerrero's book, he details the car accident he was in, where he was ejected out of the T top of his car during a high speed roll over crash. Professional wrestlers are drilled heavily in break falls as part of their training, and he describes how when he initially landed from falling however far he flew into the air, his body just instinctively tucked his head and rolled like he did in in his training to break the initial fall. He was still in a body cast for months, but he said that skill probably saved his life that night.

I highly suggest looking into the benefits of Ballet Training.
For me, it's been an ultimate lesson in Focus and Discipline.
The typical male variation is usually 1 minute of explosive power and focus, all while maintaining an overall aesthetic visual for the audience.
A proper Ballet Training involves quick and slow twitch muscles as well as full articulation of your body, as well as range of motion.
    Great video! Thank you! ✊🏾🎯💯🔥💪🏽

I second this. Been working on my spine flexion ever since I solved my lower back problems due to tight hamstrings and unused glutes.
I've gotten function and mobility back in my lower body, which has been lacking heavily for years.
Me being calisthenics focused and not training my legs (big mistakes, you need to train legs, not necessarily for size but more for mobility and pain free movement)
Bioneer is hands down one the best fitness influencer in my book, along with k boges.

BIONEER-Have you produced a video on THE MUSCULAR SUBSYSTEMS? Four long chains of muscles and fascia comprise the subsystems. Anterior (contralateral push), Posterior (contralateral pull), Lateral (side step and swing or frisbee throw movement), and Deep Longitudinal (contralateral one leg RDL) subsystems. My warmups always include the four basic expressions of these movements under a light load. Something important everyone should know about .

I inline skate and practicing falls of all kinds, with and without the skates is quite fun and it feels like I can react better to falls, or at least avoid doing panicky moves. Starting by slowly dropping to the floor and gradually adding speed and experimenting with the inertia to land nicely is fun on its own :)

Old martial arts forms were really great for teaching the body different ways to move and train flexibility and co-ordination tai chi and kung fu forms train the body in very unique ways. Obstacle course running is very good like Spartan Races .Rock Climbing or Bouldering also. And then there is crossfit if you learn the skills and not just do modified workouts. Crossfit has some unique skills which can be fun to learn, Coming and doing then WOD only not as helpful. Fitness has endless possibilities and pathways. Love your videos.
