OMG this is so good!!! I’ve had such a hard time on the labour market in corporate jobs because of those things… now I have you formulated this to me, but I’m not sure I will be able to communicate it in my new job starting in a month from now. One way could be to replay this video as a mantra every morning when starting my new position to make my consciousness directing me and hopefully being able to verbalise this information to my new team! I will put this in my calendar now so I don’t forget it!🎉
@@mrjohncrumpton I found always letting them know how well they are doing, seeing their hard work and what their strengths are. People inherently want to be seen and acknowledged and appreciated. Anytime we can genuinely do this makes a difference
