For those of you that are curious, this is what a day looks like for an entry level data analyst! Enjoy! #data #dataanalytics #dataanalysis #dataanalyst
I whish it was more about what you actually do when you analyse the "data" tho, like are you running it through some statistical analysis tools, computer models, or just using your brain to figure out stuff?
Thank you for the feedback! I definitely will be making a video breaking down more specifics of what I do from a technical standpoint in the near future!
Hey Dan I am from South Africa and about to graduate in Data analyst degree. I am currently looking for a data entry clerk remote jobs outisde my country like USA, Singapore or UK to build experience but I would like to know how do I go about getting a remote job and is it hard to get a job as a data analyst?
That’s awesome! I’d say the best thing you can do is have an organized and reviewed resume and portfolio. Once you have that, it honestly about volume of applications and building connections (especially with recruiters). Best of luck to you!
So I work in Pharmaceutical Testing. We mostly use L.I.M.S. with some Excel. My job is mostly collecting/storing/cleaning and preparing data. Biggest things you have to have is problem solving and critical thinking skills coming in. You can learn the computer skills pretty quickly
Great question! Data Analysis has some math skills needed for sure, but it is quite basic at the entry level position. You’ll need some statistical skills and some calculation skills as you move up, but early on the job is more problem solving and organizing. I hope that helps!
An interesting watch, i liked it. Youre doin a lot of projects, thats for sure!
Awwh you're so fresh, wholesome, and still full of hope for the things to come 😂 I remember when I was like that haha good times...
Awesome video, I just got a new role as an entry level Trade marketing analyst and this video gave me a heads up
How is that any different from data analyst?
Thanks for the info. For an introvert the reviewing of work is nerve wracking, haha. Hopefully I get rid of that fear in my new job.
Thanks for watching! You can do it!
