    Ingredients:
    - 1 pound fish (any white fish works well, such as pomfret or surmai)
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon salt
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
    Instructions:
    1. Clean and cut the fish into small pieces.
