Fish cutting skills very amazing. The monger fries & bbq's Rohu fish by special method in Hyderabad, Sindh. Very tasty & yummy Rohu fish are served with chaat masala, brown chutney & salad. Also known as Carpo fish, Rohu is enriched with a handsome amount of protein. Packed with Omega 3 fatty acids and vitamins A, B, and C. You should eat Rohu at least once a week. It heats people in very cold weather. I tried many fish recipes since last years. I used many fish types for this. Red snapper fish was very delicious & mouthwatering. 👍👏👋💜🌹🥀⚘🌷🌻🌺🍀🍁

It's chaat masala powder (mixture of salt, red chillies, black pepper,cumin ,cloves,black cardamom,cinnamon and some other spices like pipli(long pepper) and java pepper(cubeb plant seeds). they also put crushed coriander seeds with chaat masala.
