Zhaimai is one of the biggest Naga villages in Senapati district belonging to poumai tribe in Manipur state, India. The biggest river of manipur, the Barak River, starts from the village. The number of households is about 1492.

You can access to this place through two routes. 1). Kohima-Pfustero-Chilao-Zhaimai Village OR 2). Kohima-Mao Gate-Tadubi-Paomata-Chilao-Zhaimai Village. The distance is almost the same for these two routes.

This is Naga-Land not Manipur.
Although India might have divided the Naga Territories into several administrative parts through her divisive policy to weaken the Naga National Movement, however theek Naga territories in so called Manipur remains very much a part of Nagalim(Naga-Land)
