I find that placing my available dice on top of the white dice icons above my caravan really helps visualize what dice I have available for each column. Noticed a goof: at 11:50 you removed an influence from the black guild and journaled. Removing a black guild marker let's you move a a second time when journaling (hence the + symbol in front of the ink well symbol [bottom of page 7 in rules]).
