Yeah agi is good to stack I build for 325 move speed since max is 330 but agi doesnt scale as well as it used to so i have been stacking much more power
I use Nimble Hands, Sharpshooter, Chase, Quick Reload with Quick Fire and Quickshot for Solos but if I am playing duos or trios and I dont have enough Phys Power which is around 18% I will use Ranged Weapon Mastery to get 5% phys power bonus with bow, I use recurve
I never use spear that is correct it is too slow and if you are up close I can put DPS you with a rapier or short sword, only benefit of spear is the reach but the swing is very slow
