I am staying here with my wife and 2 year old daughter next week! Super excited. Did you think it was very busy when you were there, or was it chill? Great Video!
Hey there! I hope you have a great stay. Honestly, there were a lot of people but we never really had to wait very long for anything. At the buffets we were seated right away. At the restaurants the longest wait we had was 30 minutes. The pools were never crowded. It was overall a really great experience. I would recommend if you do want to eat at the Japanese restaurant make reservations the first day you get there since they usually are booked out. We made reservations on a Thursday for Sunday. Other than that everything else was manageable.
How was the sushi? Are you able to book the Japanese restaurant every night of your stay if you choose? Or do you have to eat at different ones every night. Thanks!
Is it a very long walk to a beach? How difficult it is to get around for the person with mobility issue? Do they have golf cart service to accommodate people who can not walk long distances?
It depends on where your room is, but it’s not too far. There are walkways all the way to the sand. And you can get a cabana or beach chair close to the walkway. But I don’t think they have golf cart for the sand. There are elevators in the lobby that will allow you to access the rest of the property and the hotel area also has multiple elevators as well. You might want to call ahead to see if they have the golf cart you are asking about. (Or ask if a wheelchair is accessible) it might be more comfortable for someone to be wheeled around.
hi, are you guys on the pool side or the garden side of the family section? ive noticed there is a construction going on the garden side and just wondering if its causing any issues or problems. we booked the same room category and just wondering. TIA and enjoy your stay.
Hi There, Thanks for your comment we were on the garden side of the family side and there was very little noise on our side. But I did not see any major construction taking place the week we were there.
For us it didn’t really make a difference that we were not on the adult side. There wasn’t many kids on the family side. I think we saw a handful of kids, mostly teenagers the whole time we were there. It doesn’t seem like the resort attracts too many families with very little kids. Honestly we mostly saw couples, groups of 20-30 year olds, a few conference groups and families with teenagers. All the restaurants and buffets are on the family side. I think you get a pool and a bar that is adults only but everything else is accessible by everyone.

How was the wifi?
Pretty decent, I actually had to take a work video call for over 1 hour and I had no problems.
Ill be there is may. 4th time coming and every time, i get the plunge pool.
Nice! The plunge pool looks really cool, I think I would want to try that for next time.
I want a sky view room but prefer adult side. Idk what to do
