We are soft as a society. They implement rules to make the sport more suitable and safe so everyone can play 🥳. That’s why the game is predicated on speed. A lot of players now wouldn’t have been able to play years ago, they couldn’t/wouldn’t take the pounding. Now rules, almost no contact in practice, 1 practice a day, all make it more inclusive for athletes to play football. Toughness has gone by the wayside to make it an easier sport to play. It gives you today’s game of athletes playing football with not a lot of football players out there. It’s a shame. You should have to sacrifice to play this great game.
