Watching this made me so mad. Some people are truly disgusting towards one another. I'm also mad at myself. I have to be honest that i have been so ignorant in the past. I lumped all disabled people with being slower to learn. I am so ashamed of myself thinking that way. I hate the word 'disabled' it definitely doesn't help to change misconceptions.

Disabilities are rare and obvious enough that I can imagine most people are just curious, but if you have to deal with that every day it can become quite tiring. Everyone wants to live a "normal" life, but I think most people forget that just about no one does. Whether it be a disability, metal disorder or just unfortunate life circumstances, everyone is going through something and it can be useful to focus on what's good. Even the abusers have something wrong in their lives, that's why they do what they do after all.
