Hi Emily, Can you make a video to show and explain foot wobble once balanced on one foot?

Thank you. I have a Nabosu mat… I love it and do as much as I can on the mat. My question is I have pretty severe hallux, rigid us/big toe osteoarthritis on my left side. How hard meaning, frequency, intensity, and duration. Can I push these exercises with that particular limitation? Thank you and everything you have been providing, has been helping me in many ways!

Incredibly informative channel, brilliant communicator. I've been rincing videos on this channel and following the advice as well as Dr Robert Schleip and Hyperarch training protocol.
It all seems to help, but I'm also getting cramps. Anyone else find that?
