My goal this year is to complete at least 6-8 paintings for the year! I already completed 2 wips from last year this month so super happy about that! I also think I've finally gotten the hang of spending enough time on all my hobbies to minimize burnout 😊 have a great week! 💜💎🖌
I finished one painting from a new to me company- Diamond Painting Shoppe- Bootstrap Betsy! I also worked on my Christmas paint gem set and the floral one- neither of which I’ve finished yet! I also started my Belle princess panel cross stitch conversion and I’m so enjoying working on that!
I love how you display DP from different companies. Since I can't afford more than two or three kits a month, I am trying to make one of them with a new company. I would say that is my DP resolution. Also, to DP based on the kits I want and not on events, although planning around an event can be fun.
I always enjoy your monthly reviews without question. I love seeing completion videos and WIPs too. In January I completed partial Poinsettia from Michaels, a partial princess special drill painting, Lola Dream from DAC and Rapunzel from DAC. Looking forward to figuring what I want to finish in February
I’m working on Minion Love. Started January 1st and I’m just over halfway finished. Also did Moms are the real Superheroes canvas that I finished. February is going to be just finishing Minion Love for me. Maybe a snack size when I need a break.

Hi Katie. I am going to order some Paint Gem mini kits because of you.They look so cute and they would be perfect to take somewhere where you can’t just whip out a 60x90 kit. Lol. I bought a Dreamer Design - Stormy Weather- 1st one (and probably the last), but I do love the image. The stiff canvas makes me relish my DAC soft, supple canvases so much. Thanks for the great videos you make. Hope you’re having good week. ❤
I wish I could get diamond paintings done this fast. Lol. I started Dimensions by Dakota Daetwiler on December 31st and swore I would have it done by January 31st. Well guess what? I’m still working on it 😂. Might not be done for another coup of weeks. 😅😅
I finished 2 smaller Christmas kits I had started in December (these small kits are what I work on at work during my breaks). I am still working on Dragon Attack, so close to being done with that one and I'm almost finished with A Kind of Magic.
Love how the mermaid turned out! I'll be tempted by that one when it restocks.... And I agree about the reindeer's color. The coral *could* work with the right brown (kind of reflecting off other stuff?) but the gold-ish brown just isn't quite right. In January, I took a breather and did Black & White (the snack sized horse) and then started Sail Away. Plus 18 jigsaw puzzles.
I so love the Munimade canvas you did! The Paint Gems are so pretty! I actually just got the black magic kit from there & started one last night. In January, I finished my first DAC piece, Midnight Cat. It’s SO sparkly!
I would love to try the Paint Gem littles. Super cute. What type of album are you looking at to put them in? Also.... I was going to buy one of the large portfolios you showed. 10:38 I working on the floral set from Paint Gem. I like to journal my finishes as well and I usually use the stickers that come with the kits, but was wondering how you would enter this into your journal?
I love the Square diamonds because I love the way they fit together. To follow up on the one I'm doing now I went to several craft stores to get other paintings and the others seem to have the round diamonds. Do you know of places that sell paintings with the square diamonds? Also, what if you lose one or more of the colors? Is it possible to get individual colors somewhere without having to use Amazon?
Really enjoyed seeing the variety of paintings from different companies. I say this with as much love as possible - but it can be a bit boring to watch DAC video after DAC video, and hearing your post reviews of other companies breaks that monotony. Looking forward to seeing many new and different companies! 🌻

What are your thoughts on on sealing the diamond paintings, do you think it necessary
add more zest has an entire video series on those paint gem minis. I beleive she has links to small portfolios as well.
