I remembered this place when it first opened, the automated fountain was awesome. Tower City has that Art Deco style to it like the Carew Tower in Cincinnati Ohio. The place is dead but it will never be torn down and the big presence of security like you said is the crime and the homeless situation. Keep em Rolling!
