im so proud of him and how far hes come, how much hes grown, how he'll keep trying and never give up even while feeling nervous and uncertain about his plans. I remember watching all of these streams so seeing them all put together like this really got me!! especially hearing kiri play over his big momets from the showcase while he was emotional!! I really felt that!! Im so proud of him!!

earnestly, i have so much respect for him in pushing ahead on progressing on releasing covers and music even when he lacked so much confidence in them at the start. like, i do recall him saying he was hesitating on even releasing Inkya at all. it requires a lot of resilience to put yourself out in that way, but clearly it was so worth it as a step towards this point where he gets to be so rightfully satisfied in his performances now :)
Yes, so glad he didn't let his lack of confidence hold him back. By singing more covers and karaokes he grew in skill and confidence and it's such a pleasure to watch that, so proud of him ☺️

I will be honest. I'm might be a bettellion since day 1 but I've skipped his singing stream after the 2nd or 3rd. No, not because his singing, I just too j-music enjoyer that I think I dont vibe with songs in his stream. Then I came back sometime after and I actually surprised at how much improved he was. I mean, I know he is not a singer, mostly just enjoy the singing stream as a laid-back karaoke, but he is getting better significantly. A non-singing stream viewer might notice his improvement from his covers, but I've been in idols fandom for a long time to the point I appreciate a live-singing more than anything. Yeah, AND HE PRESENT UNLUCKY + KIRI EVEN BETTER THAN ALL OF HIS COVERS. He may say he is not musical person, not a singer or whatever. But I think his enjoyment in music + passion to be better really brings him to this point. I wont be surprised if he is the first (or 2nd) from starsEN to ever release an EP. I'll work harder and support him even more so I can buy the physical ver when the day comes.
True chiyo! Been watching all his karaokes and there is improvement in each and every one of them, you realize how much stronger and louder his voice has become over time! Definitely his recent performances show how much he has practiced over time. His talks also show that he's grown in confidence. I think he associates being 'musically inclined' to expertise but his passion for it, the fact he composed his orisong (melody + lyrics together at the same time) and his constant hard work shows he has an aptitude for it. He even said he makes up tunes in his car when he's by himself.
It's very difficult to perform in front of so many people when you believe you're not good at it or have no confidence but thankfully he pushed through. Very interesting and gratifying to see his idol journey 💖

It’s very emotional to see these clips back to back; how he went from dismissal of his own abilities to gradually growing more confident, to finally being able to be proud of his own work from start to finish. This IS the idol journey!!!!! I’m very happy he’s found a place that supports his growth and creativity. Looking forward to what the future holds! 🩷

Even from that first cover zatsu stream with Hakka that became the prototype-Month in Review template, it’s astonishing how far all the boys came and all the milestones they hit since then.
Bettel’s always been honest about how he feels about his own singing progress but it’s always been such a treat to listen, and to finally hear it from him having paid off is amazing.
