My POS father stole mine and after 2 years he finally had to go to court on it. I sat in front of him in the court room and he didn’t know it was me. He received a 12 month probation. That’s it. It’s pathetic how lenient our system is on this crime

Why not hold the bank accountable to verify identity? Penalize them.

People can use your identification card or driver's license for medical purposes, opening accounts, etc.
/ make it a constant to check your medical records before a agency collector calls you.> If lost or stolen: report to your location DMV - to cancel and Report. And it's place to get a new identification card or driver's license with new photo&number/ if your Social Security was stolen or lost report it to Social Security office near you. Always Check your credit report. You could always report identity theft online or your nearest police station.
    Hope all is well!♡

Hi Dave, my freneily and I had credit cards with Wild lol Fargo bank. I used the card at the grocery store and it was declined, I knew I had enough in the account! It was the first time, Wild lol Fargo did anything that was sage, smart and sound! My ex husband used the card, congrats to the bank! Take care and thanks!

It's called a credit freeze! Not many people know about it. Because there isn't much money to be made off of it!! Easy to do and very inexpensive! Be safe my friends!

      HONESTO UNO
      Always excuses.
Heck all you do is go online, type in you code, choose how long you want it unfrozen(few hours, days, weeks etc..)
and you're done. It thaws immediately.
Had a freeze on all three credit bureaus since it started in 2007.
In all that time I only needed to thaw it once and that was because I was changing to T-Mobile service with global plan. Unfroze it for only 2 hours.
I own my home, zero, debt, and financially secure.
Doubt if I will need to use credit anymore.

My bank automatically freeze my card if I don’t tell them I’m going out of town. They automatically stopped my card when someone was trying to charge it in Texas and I was charging it in Virginia.
I have never ever been to Texas in my life.

Question please , so my ant was born in USA but left to mexico when she was a kid. Another relative got a hold of her social and born certificate and that person came to USA as an adult and been living in the USA for 45 years now . We recently found out that that person is basically living a normal live, worked got married got driver lisence and basically been living in USA for many years now. My ant wants to go to USA but since the other person has been living there for more than 45 years with her identity what ever happends now. Has my ant lost her identity now or what can she do when the other person basically has a whole entire life now in USA
