Not really, he wasn’t called as a witness in the case. Had Trump had him sign this after he was required by the court to testify in the case then it would be witnesses tampering, but Weisselberg isn’t even a witness in this case.

Equally as important if not more so is the indictment regarding classified documents. The facts, evidence and testimonies are irrefutable. Read the indictment (superseded version) which is easy to read, esp. after page 8, very interesting and very thorough and bit long but it becomes self-evident that Trump is guilty on all charges. Specific actions are directly tied to specific laws, mostly in the Espionage Act, he broke in a very provable manner. Appalling total disregard for national security. He is absolutely unfit for office. If 'patriots' have any guts, they will read it to find out the truth.

When I was a kid in the early 1970s, my older brothers were scouts. They were learning outdoorsurvival and safety skills, animal identification, camping, and hunter-gathering skills. I wanted to do that, too.
I visited Girl Scout and Campfire Girl meetings, but no such activities included those skills and activities - only crafts, cookie-selling, and glamping in cabins. I had no interest in those activities, so I read my brothers's issues of Boys Life magazine and lived vicariously through the content. Fortunately, my Scout Leader dad took me on camping trips and taught all of us skills.
I wondered how many other girls would have liked the opportunity the experiences that I was lucky enough to have.
Confidentiality clauses are common to prevent strategic business info from being shared with competitors, but I have never heard of a business contract that incentivizes withholding info from law enforcement. To me that directly implies that there is something illegal and damaging to withhold, just like asking for a pardon.
