sca guy here great video but i have two questions does the judge call the blows and can you feel the spear tip in armor

Thanks! Yes, the judge usually calls blows but this was also just a "friendly" session so we were calling some ourselves as well. Those spear tips you dont really feel, but we're supposed to drive through the strike anyhow so you'll usually feel the haft. We do sometimes fight with blunt metal tips
