Quintet Magician is more the equivalent of Five Headed Dragon than Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon.
I was thinking the same thing seeing how it takes 5 spellcasters and 5.h.d. takes 5dragons.
Quintet has similar stats to BEUD
Power wise, it feels a little more like the Link variant. Base Five Headed Dragon isn't as powerful with it's effects as Quint.

Here is a combo you can use to summon quintet with 5 diff name spellcasters using just 3 cards is:
1. Magician souls send and summon DMG
2. Summon apprentice with discard.
3. XYZ into norito
4. Rank up to Ebon
5. detach to summon DM from deck
6. link DM into imduk/link spider.
7. Link into anaconda, send magicalized and banish ur 5 of spellcasters in grave. (You should have many: souls, ebon, norito, apprentice, DMG, DM)
8. summon quintet and POP OFF.
Love to see it! Now, we need our own Anaconda, or just unban it in the TCG.
Don’t know if it’s been done yet, but I’d love to see a deck list where you summon E Hero Divine Neos (aka God Neos)

An alternative is using a Gravekeeper deck. Cheaper to make (More normal and rare cards) and easy to get 5 different spellcasters. Just harder to get Magicalized Fusion, though you can use other fusion cards or even card effects with Necrovalley.
Wind witch can use it also

Verte is at 1 in master duel so just make Verte and pay the 2000 to activate Magicalized from deck

I was wondering for a while on what’s the purpose of having limiter removal for a Magician deck until I saw it for myself, well played boss!

fruit magician girls, they summon each other. future fusion, just puts 5 magician in grave and auto summons quintet in 2 turns.

You can use obliterate and send the exodia pieces to the grave to summon the bug boy

Yesterday I had my first local yugioh tournament where I played dark magician and reached 5th placed. This videos was a reminder to keep practicing and believe that the first place is still possible with the heart of the cards

Nah, with its draw ability it would be over powered if it was named "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl" unless it's only while on the field. If it was while in the graveyard like Magician Dragon Knight then you could have Magician's Salvation, Magician's Combination, Dark Magic Circle and Eternal Soul so you could sacrifice it with Combination to negate an effect and then bring it back which would proc both Dark Magic Circle giving a banish, and Salvation and since "The Dark Magicians" would be named as both its materials it would count as special summoning both which would let you actually bring both back then Dark Magic Circle would proc twice so that's another two banishes. And Magician Dragon Knight and Magician of Chaos are counted as "Dark Magician" on the field so if you could get those two out at the same time as well so that would be 5 banished cards and 5 spellcasters on the field so you could immediately bring out Quintet.
I know he's done this twice before against friends, but I'd love to see Sam use a deck that's focused on using Dark Sage as the boss monster and win condition. Doesn't matter what engine you use to run it, I just want to see a deck focused on using Dark Sage.

I've been playing quintet since master duel released. It is such a boss and it really highlights my love for dark magician decks
Real MVP is the guy in game 2 sitting there and letting Sam stall him out several turns despite having lethal. Most of the time people scoop the second they don't see a line to winning.

This was so good! I didn’t think to use quintet magician like that.
A bit of a tip when actually using TheDarkMagicians is that you ALWAYS add Soul Servant to stack so TDMs can auto draw it and use the same turn if it's eternal soul. Then you have an extra draw with Soul Servant live in the gy. If you don't want to stack then you can send to gy with Souls while dumping another DM or palladium card for more Soul Servant draw power.

My main spellcaster deck is Spirit Charmers and i love summoning Quintet with that deck, need to add limiter removal and Reprodocus into my deck to get that higher attack now lol

I've been playing this deck since season 1. It's actually easy to summon. You just use chain material(to get material from deck) and fusion card. Voila. You can summon it at the enemy turn and destroy all their monster.
There’s Sam building this deck to use quintet with limiter removal then there’s those who just use necro/flash fusion with chain material to summon quintet on opponent’s turn and nuke their field
Quintet at full power is hella insane! The best boss monster for the Dark Magician archetype though Red Eyes Dark Dragoon is more busted but it's banned in Master Duel.
Just finished my relinquished deck and threw a quintet and magicalized fusion in there to try out.
I just learned of a combo that is basically an infinite combo for one turn: Light and Dark Dragon with Reverse Trap. I would love to see a deck build solely to create this situation.
My DM's run both Quintet and Master of Chaos one nukes their field the other banishes all monsters, excellent mid-game cards, so effective when I have Secret Village + Sanctuary and Sorcerer of Dark Magic, if able. Nigh on perfect lockdown, feels so good when it goes off. Except against other Spellcasters, I'm looking at you Gravekeepers.
I use quintet in my Gravekeepers deck it just fits them really well

Quintet Magician is surprising easy to summon because of Magicalized Fusion, I don’t think I ever got 5 different names though and the Limiter Removal was a good idea, I’m kinda disappointed you didn’t actually use Dark Magician for the fusion though.
Easy to do with a gravekeeper or lightsworn deck.
@@bigmike6461 you can do it with a better spellcaster deck such Altergeist, Magistus, Dogmatika or even Pendulum Magician tho
Also using rebirth judgement to make any and all monsters in the grave spellcasters, then essentially you can run it in any deck that utilizes fusion

That predaplant Verte monster effect really can take any Fusion spell card to use for itself. First time seeing it targetting Magicalized Fusion. What a knowledgeable video.😇

I like to summon quintet with grave keepers.
Spy and Nobleman work together to summon a third, preferably Descendant which can tribute a grave keeper to destroy an enemy monster.
Spiritualist can be used to fusion summon Supernaturalist
I like to run Gravekeepers Guard just so I have more gravekeepers avaialable.
Then I of course have dark magician, along with navigation and magical circle.
This is my basic skeleton. And you can play with it in all kinds of fun ways. For example using Commandant to get me to necrovalley on the field and hopefully coming into Royal Tribute. Perhaps running Visionary to have another boss monster.
Running Headman can resummon Spy from the graveyard and that can summon another grave keeper.
The gravekeepers make it VERY practical to get 5 spellcasters with different names
chain material makes summoning this much, much easier. especially on their turn to blow their board.
I’ve been able to bring it out a couple times. I had almost a full board of monsters. opponent mirror forces, this was also the duel I discovered that there are way to many mirror forces. Opponent passes their turn either couldn’t do anything or got cocky dosent matter. Then I get my own freaking heart of the cards moment and pull out magicalized fusion. You know the rest

You can use chain material to use cards in you GY, deck, hand and field to summon Quintet. Because Quintet can't be removed by card effect it doesn't leave the field
Quint magician is not hard to summon just play a spellcaster deck I play gravekeepers and I can get it out easy
i usually bring him out with Chain Fusion, since it can't destroy him and it usually doesn't matter if he can't attack that turn since he still gets to use his board wipe effect
I have given you a challenge. Make a meta relevant Arc night Magician Deck. It's hard to do. Because Arc night normally needs to go second to pull off anything crazy and if your opponent goes first they normally set up a whole negate board of monsters.
Bro, I made this deck but with the magician girls!! I used chocolate magician girl mostly to send away spell-casters to the graveyard to activate magicalized fusion

I’m a huge fan of your content but I have difficult challenge for you: all you have to do is summon three different types of ddd Armageddon
Fusion summon : ddd Cho shi o purplish hell Armageddon (purple Armageddon)
Synchro summon : ddd Cho shi o whitest hell Armageddon (bright Armageddon)
XYZ Summon : ddd Cho shi o darkness hell Armageddon (dark Armageddon)
In one turn defeat your opponent with the Armageddon cards

Quintet is *always* a fun time to get on the field, but I didn't think to try that machine combo for it. I'll have to keep it in mind sometime.
