Excellent video Lisa & mark. The Bridge Cafe & Bistro used to be SpudUlike baked potato restaurant in the 80s, I remember it by the Roman ruins in the basement. Sadly the Roman amphitheatre is bisected by that building and no matter how many times there is a public outcry to knock it down you can't because it's grade II listed
Hi Lisa and Mark did you know that Chester City football club was the only club in the uk where every team that played there played a match in 2 different countries as the halfway line was in line with the English/Welsh border also it meant if teams scored a goal in the first half and won the game 2-0 which meant goals by a team scored in the 2 countries

Just ordered a 620ml in grey from amazon😆 cheers for the heads up and I'll go check that place out and did you know it has a three sided clock on the town hall,the side facing wales is blank hence the expression I wouldn't give you,them the time of day lol

Chester, my local City Centre stop over The Roodee is brilliant and ideal park up. Often stay when watching Bands at The Saddle on a Saturday. The Pied Bull pub is another favourite of mine, even Brews it’s own Ale
Beautiful city I live about 10 miles away . You didn't miss much pretty much covered it all but there is an all you can eat Chinese buffet at the back of Grosvenor precinct it's near the amphitheatre actually . Great vlog you guys
@@NorthernersonTour yes Panda Mami it's called it does all sorts of Asian and Chinese . Curry's, sushi , stir-fry and steaks it might not be up Mark's street by the sound .
That “breakfast” looked good 😋 - wonder what the full breakfast would have been like - maybe have to check it out. Surprised how historic it looks too with some lovely old buildings. Cathedral looks good - and old 😀 plenty of historic things you spotted which was great to see. Interesting history too. Well done Mark for finding a kebab shop. We stay in the pied bull every year round xmass time, love it especially the roast dinners
Broke down in Chester once , had to spend a night in a bloody expensive hotel .
