Great video, lot of fun with the other guys :) I gave it a try with the 1900 race car body and a flat 6, did around 21 minutes, and it's really fun to drive, thanks for the idea ^_^
Wish i watched this before i used that same mod body to do this same sort of thing (i made a hot rod and like this the body was invisible and everything was a fixture) that being said it worked fine-ish
yeah this is an old video, with an old version of automation, and I also know so many more tricks too :) this was fun to make, but I know I could do so much better now :P I could even make it from scratch, instead of through automation
@@fillman86 @fillman86 yeah today I was trying to make a kei truck with a 5th wheel, I got the hitch to be a fifthwheel_v2 but when I connect it to a trailer it freaks out and the connection point just tellaports behind the car, if it doesn't just explode, wish I was better at the coding thing like yourself because I can't get it to work
I love what you did, and was inspired to make my own vehicle, but I couldnt find half the mods you use.... Are you getting mods from somewhere other than the steam workshop?
thanks :) but all these mods are from the workshop.... don't ask me which ones though XD I know that some are come with bodies, like the old cars, and some with the fire truck body mod
@@fillman86 Ah okay thanks I'll take a look. Reason I asked is because the method i was following involved modifying the Camso.Jbeam which didn't exist in my export for some reason
Is definitely the most rediculous explanation for tankslapper ive heard. Its actually to do with handlebars slapping the sides of fuel tank on a motorbike
Man this video is great. I just found your channel and Im blown away. Keep up the great work.
haha thank you, we all pulled together to make this :D
The paper cvt is actually really cool
it's pretty strange, but makes a lot of sense XD
id really like to see a race in this game with just period-correct 20's race cars with big aero engines racing around to see how chaotic it would be
these basically were aero engines, but soon there'll be a 20s racecar, but not with aero engines
@@fillman86 nice

haha I hope you enjoy, and using a flat 6 like the early helicopters was an interesting idea
You guy's should definitely definitely do a 1916 indycar for sure
I don't know much about american races, but it seems that indei car started in 1996, can you be more specific?
ho boy this is amazing
yes
haha thanks, from conception to filming it took months, and then almost a week to edit :)
@@fillman86 holy shit... damn quality content surely takes a lot of time
That was fun to watch xD
XD thanks!
this is literally a horseless carriage Why did the cars not fall to pieces!
HAHA the smallest divots would cause issues XD
Idfk why but I _lost_ it at "That makes physical sense"
this is a long video XD and weeks ago, so I don't even know what you're talking about HAHAHA but I'm glad you liked it bro!

Nice.
*pop nice
Yeah that mod car shape always reverses the steering!
huh I used it once in the past and I don't remember if I took it to beamng, and if it had issues, but I'll have to check
@@fillman86 So basically the full explanation for why is in the mod pages description but its because of the size of wheels you used.
What country is ace car?
AcE is a british company I made, known for short production run cars, and a load of 1 offs :P
It needed a straight 8
oh my god, if straight 8 was an option, I'd only ever make straight 8s for the rest of time XD
@@fillman86 but they really need straight 8s
How did you export the car without the factory car body? having a bit of trouble getting rid of mine.
it's quite simple editing of files, I went into how to do it again in my latest video - th-cam.com/video/j_s9kI0lDII/w-d-xo.html

@@lalnablehector1285 hmmm I think someone misnamed it as that, though it is in a jbeam file
it had all the torque and none of the grip
it's basically a muscle car XD
How do you get into that built menu?
you mean "automation the car company tycoon game"?
@@fillman86 nm and yea didn't know u could build your own cars ty
Make a 1958 sport car with a v8
already done one, but it can go on the list :)

oh I didn't know that.... but I recon you'll only get 1 slap before you transition from a bike to an ambulance
Oi dont talk shit about the 360
