Thanks for the infos. 👍🏼 For a tourist who love shopping where is the best hotel to stay ..? Is it near Central World ? Or near Emsphere/Emquartier ? Or near Siam Paragon/Siam Square ?
For shopping, a hotel near the Siam Area or Chitlom Area( Near central world) would be perfect! Both area is linked together by a sky bridge so you can walk to both areas easily
Hello, Great video. I booked Asia Hotel to be close for shopping. Is this hotel near the malls you mentioned in your video ? If not, which area do you recommend to stay in order to be near the main malls ? Thank you very much.
Hi Jeni, I am not great with hotels, i am more of a airbnb/condo man. I did stay in a hotel called S31 Sukhumvit Hotel and i really enjoyed that, its 5-10 minutes walk to Phrom Phong Sky Train station(BTS). Most of the best shopping malls are basically sitting right next to a sky train station, just pick a hotel you like that sits next to a Sky Train station or a Metro station and you are good to go.
You can stay at Terminal 21 hotel called Grande Centre Point as the hotel is integrated into the mall plus you can walk to the sky train or mrt within 5 minutes for easy access to any where in Bangkok other malls
When i made this video, the MBK was very quiet and dead But it has been revived and i have included it on my other video 🙂 Top 10 BANGKOK Shopping Mall and Markets (Part 2) th-cam.com/video/2h9axZa9kVA/w-d-xo.html
Yes I agree MBK is one of the best-cos even if am in central or anywhere we end up in mbk eventually that became my fav - I was there with a buddy who was doing a drawing till 3 am on the over pass -it became an awesome memory! I lived right next to Terminal 21 to catching with friends quick meal or beverage -thats best - just that it closes early according to Bangkok time standards! Other favs are ofcourse Central ( yes the food court) and Siam ( burnt a lil of my purse in the first week -got tempted by some sales oops!) Icon Siam I did mostly events didnt get time to explore its iconic features more! One other mall I liked ( just personal opinion) is Seacon square - went there for an event n there was a traditional northern thailand fest going on and cud explore the food n did some shopping ( pretty economical) maybe thats why! Thanks for the review n list - well done! Bangkok is sure a shoppers/foodies paradise :D
Hi Adeel, the 2 places you have mentioned, MBK and Asiatique, is far from the same compared to before covid, they are no where near as good as they once was.
That is true, but ive lived in Bangkok long enough to know not to underestimate the Thais ability to make money, some of them make on par or even more money than some other countries
please do not go to the animal section of Chatuchak- no animal should be held in those conditions- who the hell wants to buy a snake or lizard- what sadist confines such an animal in a small plastic box in 30 degrees plus heat?
Which is your favorite shopping mall in Bangkok? Let us know in the comments below!

New renovation of MBK is amazing and very busy
Yes after the renovations, MBK is back alive and one of the best malls in Bangkok once again :)

MBK, Asiatic River Mall, etc..
Some of the shopping malls in Bangkok are much more better than European ones especially when it comes to food and clothing.
Yep bangkok i think has the one of the best collection of malls, labour and material costs are far lower so they have more room to build crazy malls
@@Thailandto1 Not only this but Thais go the malls to escape the heat too
I hope you visit the floating markets.
😁คนไทยยินดีต้อนรับ
Thank you my Thai friend
Top 10 not enough. Recommend more MBK, Emqutier, Siam discovery center.
ประเทศไทยยินดีตอนรับนักท่องเที่ยวทุกชาติศาสนา มาเที่ยวเมืองไทยกันนะครับ
The best one for me is MBK....
Can you please tell me where can l find shisha or hokah in any market or mall
Sorry friend, not really into smoking stuff, but i would guess its banned in Thailand, you could try looking around the Nana area.
I am surprised not to find MBK on the list
Hi, the last time i was at MBK it was about 3-4 months ago, and it was pretty empty. However i revisited MBK a few days ago and its much busier now
MBK is nothing
Asiatique riverfront
Where is MBK lol ? It’s one of the best out there with different floors of options being offered. 😊
When i made this video, the MBK was very quiet and dead
But it has been revived and i have included it on my other video 🙂

Which is best for spending 5+ hours in.
Central world in the chitlom area is great, siam paragob plus the siam area is good too.

MBK was one of the best back before covid, not anymore?
With tourism coming back, the mall is has made a really good come back since around May. Worth going now!
I think you missed Huai Khwang night market.😁
Huai Khwang is pretty good for food, but lacking a bit for shopping
@@Thailandto1 I see🤔

Hi Adeel, the 2 places you have mentioned, MBK and Asiatique, is far from the same compared to before covid, they are no where near as good as they once was.
Not updates, where’s the factory outlet?
Do you mean cloth outlets?

Wow mbk is not mentioned or mega mall for toys
at the making of this video, MBK was quite unfortunately destroyed by the pandemic, but now of course, it is one of the best shopping malls in Bangkok
Unnecessary music is louder than your voice.
Thanks
I like the music
Crazy cheap only if you are from the USA, imagine you live in Thailand and not holding a degree with working with minimum pay...
That is true, but ive lived in Bangkok long enough to know not to underestimate the Thais ability to make money, some of them make on par or even more money than some other countries
