This is going to be such an intense nail biting draft for Flames fans.. We all want Tij and every teams selection our fingers are crossed hes still available.. We will all be heart broken when Tij goes before 9 but we can still get a real good player.. The cost to trade up is just too much
If they can move up for demidov then do it if not then they should be looking into getting a second top ten pick.. would push the retool into overdrive
@@bowriver1 So how come most of the prospects haven't panned out and the cupboards have been bare since him and Craig Button worked together since the young guns era?
@@619erify you might be thinking of Edmonton lol. Nail Yakupov as an example. He drafted Johnny Geaudreau in the 4th round as well as TJ Brodie in the 4th Mangiapane in the 6th. Sam Bennett, Matthew Tkachuck, Sean Monahan, Adam Fox in the second, Rasmus Andersson and on and on. He's done a great job especially when you consider how many draft choices got traded away. It's not like he ever had 4 1st overalls in a row.
PICK CATTON PLS
Demidov, Lindstrom, and Tij are gone; he is the next.

Buttons needto go track record the last 20 plus years is very very bad
Helenius, Catton, Lindstrom, Silayev, Iggy Junior.....plenty of legit options.
