折角なので、英語部分を自分なりに翻訳(＆ガンヴォルト風に解釈)してみたものを記載しておきます。英語は得意ではないので、参考程度でお願いします

why are the special attacks named so differently between English abd Japanese.
they are both nonsensical in a cool way.
@@rpghero46 It's been like that since the first ASG. Some of the special attacks in the japanese versions have names that can be considered redundant in english. Because of it, they try to rename them in a way that "it's still the same, but also different" so it won't feel like a 7 years old wrote it.
Now, iX is a special case since a lot of it was renamed in english but there was nothing wrong with their original japanese counterpart names, the name of the game itself is one of them. Why was it changed then? Well I'm clueless just like you.
Because some of the attacks in JP are puns. Like Crimm, "Carnival" uses same spelling/pronunciation of "crab", what he based on. If it stayed the way it is here, "Carnival Depth Charge" would sound random somewhat.
For others, I have no idea.
@@Call0045 oh well we can agree that it gives a lot of charm to this antagonists to see there last effort to kill the players in such a bombastic way.
They should have kept "Last Number: Fanatics".
Not a lot of people know the term "last number" but its good trivia

ゼロ世代なので、本当この必殺技のセリフシーンたまらないw
安置ってほどじゃあないけど、例えばSPスキルでイソラが移動し終わった後の「みんな最高～！」とかみたいな「そのまま動かなければ当たらない攻撃」がちょっと多かった印象・・・もうちょい激しくてもよかったのに

白き鋼鉄のXは蒼き雷霆ガンヴォルト一作目でガンヴォルトが紫電との戦いに勝利した後アシモフにシアン共々殺されたENDから何年もたった後の物語です。その後アシモフは紫電のいなくなったスメラギを支配し自分の目的である能力者のみの世界を作るために行動、しかし途中で肉体の寿命を迎えたため、電人デマーゼルとして生まれ変わりました。動画のアシモフはデマーゼルの分身みたいなものです
つまり、、、バットエンドの世界線って事？
