      What about thyroiditis. A muxture of hyper and hypo thyroid symptoms with fluctuating levels of thyroid hormones..

    Your explanation of the thyroid hormones pathway was excellent. One thing I thought you might want to address in another video is the role T3 plays and the role T4 pays. There is now a huge body if evidence on the internet that literally millions of hypothyroid patients are feeling sick, even though their endo's have prescribed T4 (Levothyroxine, Eltroxine, etc) and their TSH labs are well within the reference ranges.

    Thanks, a great video that outlines the main issues.
    To the comment above, your doctor would have to determine your condition and the amount of medication required through a blood test to determine levels of eg TSH. You should also be referred to a specialist.

    My doctor put me on Levothyroxine for my hypothyroidism but I seem to have more symptoms of Hyperthyroidism. Thank you for creating this video. I think I'll need to clarify with my doctor now that I understand the difference between the two.

      Sometimes for me,itfeels like a could be on a scale, like sometimes its producing too much and being hyper, and the next day its under producing and being hypo, like its just off, just out of wack. Is yours like this? Also for the guy who runs this channel, do you have any info for me?

      @@mediaconglomerate4897 I know your comment is a year old and also directed at someone else, but seeing as how I have hypothyroidism I wanted to say that for me, yes, some symptoms overlap. Before I was treated for hypothyroidism, I had fatigue, muscle twitches, brain fog, and was highly irritable, among other symptoms. A year and a half later, all of those symptoms had returned along with tremors and anxiety, and my dose had to be adjusted because my body had gone too far in the other direction and become hyperthyroid. Ever since the last dose adjustment I’ve had some symptom improvement, but not total relief. Some days are worse than others. I haven’t been able to pinpoint any triggers either. It does kinda seem like a roller coaster 😅

    I’m wondering if you can have symptoms of both because my doc says hyperthyroidism but I have weight gain and hoarse voice joint pain and dry and itchy skin thin nails. So I’m confused.

    I am in the same boat:// doc says one thing but I’m experiencing both reactions of híper & hipo??? Could it be that some are hit with symptoms of both? By the way the pill given does not give absolute no relief at all, only diet and exercise helps me control it, but I have enjoy complete healing before although if I get out the diet which are the foods sensitives I’m under, it could come back to make havoc again, is so very frustrating and annoying to deal w/this 😤

      Depending on how severe your hypothyroidism is, you could die. I almost did. Thyroid hormone affects every part of the body by helping to carry energy into our cells. Without adequate thyroid hormones, the body cannot sustain itself.

    Can you fluctuate back and forth between hypo and hyper? Could I have symptoms from both? but I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. But I definitely do not have an increased appetite I'm very malnourished and I do not have a sensitivity to heat I'm freezing. But pretty much have almost all the other symptoms on hyperthyroidism... Help

    • @Ava_B.
      @Ava_B. 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m diagnosed as hypo but I have noticed that some of the symptoms seem to overlap for myself. It’s like that for many people I hear, especially since thyroid disease is most often caused by autoimmune dysfunction. Autoimmune disorders cause all kinds of sensitivities in the body.
