These are both good camera phones, both have Leica's technology and even though there's a generation gap, that gap is not so big compared to the newer model but the improvement of the image processing, you will notice it once you compare them side by side. I'm quite surprised that these are high end phones from Xiaomi but neither the two supports 4k 30fps or 60fps for front video recording.
