Hi guys, I like your podcast! Especially the sessions with Kassia (is it the name correct?), maybe because she is from Eastern Europe, like me. I am so delighted, that your first abroad trip was my home country! :-) I have a lots of similar experiences, to miss someone because we didn't have mobile phones!! And as I live currently in Japan, I have to say you, that Tamagochi is still selling in Tokyo! The meaning of the name is egg in the watch.

From my point of view~I would like talking in person rather than AI robots, cause language not just a tool but also the only method what truly connects people with affection,heartness, feeling interactions, and real thinking, experience, heart gifts sharing versus AI is the model or tool as well, I love "real-life eglish"podcast which at least listen real person conversation, and so amazing, interesting and fun, which becomes my daily routine and motivation for active learning ~~

Thanks for podcast! IMHO. Smartphone addiction is getting more and more serious. Especially for teenagers. They're ignore the real people around! It's as addictive as gambling. The more time teens spend on SM, the more they have a mental need to keep on checking phones compulsively to make sure they don't miss out on anything.

12:00 I am 28, and I am from Ukraine too. And in my childhood I had a possibility to watch Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. But instead of Disney Channel we had Fox Kids and then JETIX.

I really don't know if technology and social networks are better or worse, the only thing I can say is the use you give them, for example without TH-cam or the Internet we would not be here watching all their videos and learning a lot of English. with them.
everything has two sides, or even more, technology is not an exception. If we make it useful, then it's useful. I'm so glad that technology brings English to me much easier than 15 years ago. Happy that it lets me watch this episode. Besides, you guys made me nostalgic from my childhood as well! Keep up the good work!

Really hard to survive
I think it could be tricky but not imposible and if our grandparents they could live without tecnology we can do it as well
definitely. But it wouldn't be the same, I mean after we KNOW how it is like to live with all that stuff... we'd probably miss it a lot! But as you said - it is not impossible.

Before smart phone or before internet all thing is separated like photo cameras, TV and radio FM but now all thing u will get in smart phone for example if u need camera photo u will get in the smart phone .if u need TV u Will get in the smart phone and if u need radio FM u will get in the smart phone also previous if u want to learn a new things u will find in the far place just now if u want to learn something or new languages u will learn in u smart.I remember previous if we want to send our family photo to the our relative living abroad we will suffer a lot we find a camera man and we take a photo and we send by plane but now we have smart phone and we send photo to our relative in the second by WhatsApp and by using another application.
That's amazing right?

Typically, the grumpy smurf would say something like: "a mi no m'agrada barrufar!" (Meaning: I don't like to do X, where X is any possible action that you should guess by the context). I would say that "barrufar " is like a "swiss army knife" word. It has plenty of different uses
You guys should make a separate episode about Nomophobia .. enlightening people about the downsides of being absorbed in "the culture of the shallows" .. I myself moved to consume your own videos not to waste my time on trivia !

What I miss these days is that the 5 flashcards you offer in your app's free version don’t match what we've seen on the episode. That's frustrating and I end up watching your channel less and less. I love your videos, don't get me wrong. Therefore, what I'd ask you is, please, make those 5 free flash cards in a way that they match what we've seen on the episode, otherwise, what separates you from other pdc for learning languages?
