No-pattern short boxy jacket

I received this lovely bubbly wool fabric and I turned it into a great little boxy jacket. It also has pockets and lining, so it is both pretty and useful.
All you need is a jacket to measure from, then you are ready to try this yourself.

Did you clip the curves where the underarm is so it will lay flat?
