My favorite part is the sheer authenticity that Leena and Uzma maintain throughout their story. They don't hide their humble beginnings, showing how they began in a normal retail job at Morrisons, proving that anyone can start from anywhere. Their transparency about the risks, familial opinions, and the non-glamorous aspects of their journey is truly refreshing. They break stereotypes about career choices in the Asian community, demonstrating that there's more to aspire to beyond conventional professions. Additionally, their resourcefulness in managing finances, like renting a place twice their budget, is impressive. Their dedication to balancing a side hustle, part-time work, and education while facing familial expectations resonates deeply. The transformation of their friendship into a successful business partnership, based on trust and mutual support, is both inspiring and relatable. Ultimately, their journey reflects resilience, determination, and the strength to seize opportunities. I eagerly anticipate witnessing their continued growth and entrepreneurial success in the years ahead inshallah!

Leena has made me want to get into R2R! Her story shows how possible it is you just need to go for it and never stop trying hard. My favourite part is that she didn’t let her parents chose her life direction by staying in uni and getting a “safe” job but taking big risks and now has a big rewards. Very inspirational!

My favourite part is that you actually started from nothing and explain all your trials and tribulations you went through to get where you are showing that hard work and dedication pays off. Also love that you did your own wallpapering at the start👊🏼

I love how authentic you are and that you are not ashamed of how you started up, working normal retail jobs and being so humble about this. Also, the fact that you did not glamorise the process of starting up your business like others on social media do and you stated there’s no such thing as passive income. The transparency and advice you give throughout the whole video and other videos on your channel are golden nuggets and highly appreciated by start up property investors like myself. Showing young ethnic girls like ourselves that uni is not the only way forward and to chase dreams and create generational wealth for our futures. You girls are very inspirational and May Allah swt give you all the success for the future.

My favourite part of the video by far is at 17:29 when kazy asks you how you went from 1 to 12 properties by implementing certain things. straight away your answer shows how decicated you are to your passion, being your own cleaner?! if this doesnt scream decication and hard work i dont know what does lol. not even to mention you was working part time aswell as going to uni and still grinding and travelling up to birmingham to get what needed to be done done. i also love the fact how open you were about certain things like how youd clean as they book and sometimes they arrived in a messy apartment, This genuinely inspires people because it lets them know that the journey is a learning curve, much like the realization you yourself experienced and explained openly and it proves once you get on your feet and start systeming the buisness correctly ( how you and uzma mention alot in other videos ) you will become successful as a product of the hard work you put in like yourself. thank you for this great video i thought it was extremely informative and was a very open and real view into what it takes to become as succesful as your are and how great the benefits will be once its all been put into place correctly. i wish you the best of luck in your future and thanks again for being apart of this great videos and also creating great content on your own social media pages.

My favourite part is you breaking stereotypes of what us Asians do for a living, there's so much more than becoming a doctor etc, I love how you've shown us another opportunity especially for people like myself who coke from a background of standard education. Thanks so much 🙏🏽

My favourite bit is when you mention how glamorised property investment is and that passive income doesn’t exist, just shows you’re providing real advice whereas a lot of other people in the industry sugarcoat things and don’t explain the real dedication and work that goes behind a successful business. Throughout the whole interview, I feel like that’s what I liked the most. Just so authentic, loved this podcast. Also explaining how you did the pitch to the landlord, your routine for getting the first unit was all very helpful to first time investors like us 🙌🏽

I think I love the fact you started so young, you had a goal in life and you went and chased that goal, love how you share all your ideas with everyone. A lot of people would gate keep and not even disclose they’re ideas. Your amazing keep up the hard work!

WOW!What an inspiring podcast,I have been following Leena for some time now and I would just like to say Masha’allah. She is such a hard working individual and I hope you get everything you wish for.I don’t really watch podcasts but this one was powerful as she touched based on many things. The thing that stood out to me the most was the amount of viewings she went to in a week.30!!! In a week is insane and the dedication is absolutely amazing. Most people would of gave up on their 3rd one let alone 30th.Hard work really does pay off and I’m glad she choose a good business partner. The person you choose does really determine how successful it becomes.Carry on smashing it,all the best x

My favourite part was when she discussed her goals and ambitions to expand to different continents and eventually have ownership of her properties and her transparency when she discusses certain regions that she wants to expand to such as Dubai, she did her research and knows that regulations are higher and therefore it poses more challenges but she likes the the idea of having to work through it, this was really motivating 🥰🙌🏾

Great podcast!👏🏾 the best part is when Leena said that Uzma would willingly help Leena everyday after working at Costco for free without getting paid! ( that’s a real friend! You got to cherish those ones that want to see you win regardless) and the fact that Leena recognized Uzmas actions and wanted to bring her in to win with her!! Love that!🤞🏾👏🏾

Great podcast and an amazing guest. Definitely my favourite but it Leena talking about how she first got into everything and how she self taught herself, everything she needed to know. Because that’s exactly the stage I am at now. Learning everything I need to know from people like her and watching podcasts like this

Recently started following Leena and Uzma and watching there sit down videos and extras, so I'm pretty happy this came out to learn more about them and there come up, my favorite part has to be hearing how Leena and Uzma met and how she would help her everyday after work and was so dedicated and hardworking and saw something in her and I'm guessing also had the mindset she was looking for that she said her friends never had which I relate to a lot😭 , happy to continue following there journey and see where they end up in the next few years

I think what I loved about the video is the dedication and courage it’s taken for you to have got as far as you have. Me myself having come from an ethnic background I can relate to the pressures of being pressured to follow a specific type of career. I think it’s really inspiring to others hearing your stories and almost giving us the support to follow in the same footsteps if we wish. Thank you for sharing your story with us

    Amazing…
I just love how you’ve gone from such a hard life and working long hour shifts and thereafter changing your life. Hats off to you, you deserve it. Good thing you never gave up after trying the “side hustles like forex.”
I loved the part where you were talking about the next plans for the business having a unit in every continent it’s a big dream but achievable if you put your mind to it and believe in yourself ❤

Great episode ! Thank you for sharing your insights. I loved the whole conversation but my favourite part was hearing your journey and perseverance. I’m currently on the R2SA journey and hearing that despite all the nos and downfalls there is still a chance and that with perseverance and a good work ethics it’s possible to be successful in the industry makes me more hopeful. It’s so easy to see those who are currently successful in the business and expect them to have had an easy journey, but hearing some of the challenges that you had to overcome was reassuring in know that it is also possible for me to overcome some of my current challenges.
Thank you for being transparent and authentically you! It’s really inspiring.

Just finished watching the podcast with kazy, amazing content- favourite part is when you mentioned you chose law for family reasons, but had real passion in getting out the 9-5. As I’m asian, can relate to that part heavily about going down the normal doctor, engineer, lawyer route-love this content

My favourite parts are when you mentioned how you managed to use £400 to rent a £800 place. I can also relate a lot to the friends not having the same mindset and the graft of working on your side hustle while having a part time job and education. Same with the family thing, they rather have me go to uni instead of me working on my content monetisation agency

So i need building trust be in confidence to talk landlord nd also what actually landlord wanted and how can i convinced them we would make sure that my values to match upto. I wil be work like that we need to apply these conservation though 😊❤
