You said this was the most harmonic you've heard from Ren. Have you reacted to any of his band's songs? The Big Push is known for their harmonies. For harmonies, I'd suggest Praise You, Englishman In New York, or The Swan Song. I'd suggest any of their songs, but those are ones known for harmonies. My favorite song by The Big Push is It's Alright. Thanks for this reaction. Such a great performance!

❤you must be young not to know Sting. Ren's voice has many of the qualities of Sting and Police is a big influence for him. Jungle,Back on 74 is from 2023, but Ren is a fan. My comment is always, Silk and Honey with a side order of sassy rap.
But he knows Fela Kuti, so there's that.

Curious if this would be maybe the better track to introduce people to Ren to. More than Hi Ren, which is the video that many became aware of him through. It showcases his abilities and isn’t as niche. Although, I would then probably suggest them watching Hi Ren after, to begin to understand his journey.
"Hi Ren" seems to be doing well enough as an intro.

The retakes are never as close to originals as a casual listener may believe. He messes with both the music and lyrics if you compare to the original songs.
