To use blade you can just click the spot you want to cut and hit command b. You can also hit m to mark those spots and click on something that would actually jump cut the scenes for you saving you a lot of time from doing it manually I just can't remember the name of what you're supposed to click I do know that it's somewhere in the speed scroll down menu, i'm not in front of my computer right now so I can't remember exactly what it's called. You can also look up videos on TH-cam about automatically jump cutting in final cut and it can tell you. I hope my comment was helpful in the least.
Hey! I have a MacBook Air 2015 & was wondering how would I transfer my camera footage onto my MacBook? I see you used an adapter, but I believe that’s only for the newer laptops.. I hope this makes sense 😭 like should I just use a usb cord to get my footage off my camera and onto my laptop to begin to edit?
Hi!! I have canon g7x mark ii & whenever I try to transfer videos from the camera to my Iphone via Canon camera connect, why do the videos get blurry????

Hi, yes this makes sense! I'm pretty sure you can still use an adapter on an older mac. Just make sure it's USB instead of USB-C 😊
i recently just started getting the hang of final cut pro, it was definitely overwhelming at first i can say !!
what computer do u have
MacBook Pro 13 inch
Do you have Imovie
Yes, I still have it but I’ve been using Final Cut Pro for the past months
How do you take the video from the camera to edit on the computer
I use a USB-C adapter to transfer clips to my computer. They are easy to use and can be found on amazon / walmart.
