Every few months I’d be checking back to your channel to see if you got around to doing this. Can’t even begin to tell you how much I loved your season 1 analysis and how excited I am for your season 2 one.
I love how you stop at details that seem meaningless to someone who's not in the industry and explain and give anecdotes, also when you said "im not trying to make this about me" NO I LOVE WHEN YOU MAKE IT ABOUT YOU, i love when you share personal stories and advice, so excited to see the rest!
Since season 1 of The Bear, I have since met my partner who is actually a chef and I just want to thank you Justin for all your bts comments that added insight into his world that I think really helped us both hit it off when we first started dating. Keep up the great work! Love your videos.
Your breakdowns make me appreciate this show in a completely new way! Can't wait for you to breakdown the whole season and talk about chef's lives outside of the kitchen
So glad you but this out. As an aspiring chef it's interesting to get a professionals understanding of this amazing show. Can't wait for the rest of the season!
Something to consider on the time frame of paying back Cicero. They are still going to sell sandwiches during the day. That could be more than 10k a week right there.
Definitely - extra revenue streams help a ton, especially later on this season where they imply that it'll be higher margin with just 1-2 people running the window.
So excited this review is out! Btw my style choice is hats for a specific reason. I have a big head and the only hats that fit are new era fitteds size 8 🤣
I am curious how you're going to cover episode 6 (one of the two best episodes of the season) as it's the one episode that has little to do with the restaurant industry.
Absolutely hated this show. Season 1 was a bit tolerable. Season 2 was trash. And the idiots in my kitchen coming in and asking me why we aren't running a brigade style kitchen made it even worse for me.
@@justinkhanna See that's the thing... we were already a brigade system. As is about 90 percent of restaurants. It's just people regurgitating buzz words without knowing what they are.

It's finally time! Excited to have you watching 👊
I do the same thing! And with season 3 and 4 in the making I can hardly wait till Justin analyzes those too

As a server, bar back, and bus boy in my past days, I’m not dropping those trays like that. Sydney gotta learn. 😂
I’m late but I’m glad to see these up!
Are you planning to post some more podcasts of apple podcast? Love to listen them while I cook at home🙌
Yes yes - this was a massive project (over 20+ hours of footage that needed to be edited) so the podcast and This Place Called videos are next!
Looking forward to this! 🎉

@@justinkhannatotally worth the wait! I love your insight! (and I just might have been inspired by you to Bar Keepers Friend all my pans.) >

I almost contemplated not making an episode for that one - it’s not the longest breakdown for sure, but I managed to get a few good bits
Oh man, I missed these videos

Not wrong, but it might not be an acronym. Maybe it was just the first three letters of "mise en place".
Coats and shoes can't hold baseball caps jock
Truuuue I totally forgot about that!
I don't care about choes or jackets.....I like my knives....
pro chef? please
I’ll start wearing whites in my videos, that’ll prove it
bro saw ratatouille 15 years ago and thought rats actually ran kitchens ever since
