amazing podcast. wish there was a video component. It would be great to see how Rick's energy and conversational abilities make the guest feel at ease to open up.
The reason I am looking for a transcript (in English) of this TH-cam is that my Dutch granddaughter, who is 15 and wants to be an actress, and I would like to point to the different points Tom Hanks makes would be educational to her for future in acting. Although she studies English Language in school I do not know if she would be able to follow the interview. If I had a copy of a transcript I would translate the English to Dutch for her, pointing out times for specific points he makes, so she could follow along. Any help is appreciated.
even in Tom Hanks' first and probably worst movie, the one where his character takes role playing games too seriously, you can still see that he had whatever it is that he has...
one question that I have for Tom (if he or his publicists read these comments, or, Rick, if you interview another big time actor) I don't think Tom has ever been cast in one, but occasionally there's a movie with an All-Star cast, that is just terrible... how does something like that happen? how does a group of highly experienced actors end up in a terrible film. I can see how one experienced actor might end up the lead in a flop -maybe they need work right away and they can't be picky, maybe they make the decision based on reputation but they themselves don't mesh with the situation once they get there, etc... but how can that happen to a whole group of a-list actors?
It’s so odd that no one knows about this channel. It’s like a little secret that isn’t gonna be secret for very long
not really. its vibrational. rubins work in. nature gravitates to seekers and knowers of "thyself"
I feel exactly like this, too! Like I’m inside of a weird private TH-cam 😂
Rick's interviews are excellent documents.
Then, these are so professionally done with big name guests. It feels like this page should catch fire.
@@NickKnack87 and yet it doesn’t, almost like that’s the whole point :)
the ads' music are AMAZING
im so surprised as to why this doesn't have millions of views. rick rubin is the best person to have a podcast
Tom should add chopsticks drummer to his resume 😊 thank you for another beautiful movement in this symphony of tetragram conversations 💛

Excited to dive into this one :)
Tom sounds like dan Carlin in this one🤣🤣 forgot what I was listening to for a second
Rick Ruben didn’t even need to be there for this interview.
I really liked the interview. Is there a transcript of it?

Two of the greatest modern minds and this video only has a thousand views, what a joke
Thanks Rick. Would you please have Pat Metheny on?
I thought Tom Hanks was "not allowed to talk" lol
Dig it!
How long are we under 2.5k subs
Is this the same Rick Rubin that makes music?
It drives me a little nuts that the thumbnail line art on the guest doesn’t match the Rick Rubin picture
Blablabla😂
